The reason I took 14 months to respond, was I was just going to chalk it up to how sorry your work was. The final straw, was finding several wall outlets that had been painted over and some that were loose in the walls, this told me that you had not done the kind of inspection, I had seen on other homes that I had owned in NC and SC over the years. Now let me tell you that on page 35,that second pic is not the drain pan I watched them remove and even the County Inspector, told me that without an overflow valve it would not have passed inspection, plus my new system has 3 on it, I also noticed you skipped the part about the water damage underneath the sink in the master bath and also the GFCI outlets not installed in both bathrooms and in the kitchen, If you had turned on the faucets in the master bath sinks, you would have seen water on the floor and if you had checked under the sinks you would have seen a large hole on the sheetrock. I did call my realtor last year and he said he had quit recommending your company, I also talked with him this week and he assured me he has still continue not to use you, so with my word of mouth references, you know you wont get a reference from me. The only reason he got two reviews is because I can't take off the second star or else he…read moredefinitely get one star and if I could not even that Back in February 26th 2018 I had The Misfortune of hiring Mr Phillips to do my home inspection we had set a certain time I had showed up at at the house I was very surprised and I was quite confused because I had set a time for a certain time but he had already showed up and had been in my home that I was purchasing I found that kind of funny because he was already doing his inspection when I specifically told him when I hired him I wanted to be present through the whole inspection also made a comment to me that the last time he did an inspection he was having trouble with his computer and someone was complaining about getting there inspection information from him he was not a very thorough I don't believe that he had inspected the things that he said he inspected before I got there I also specifically asked him how I would be getting his report he told me by email I also asked him if he could please send it through the mail because I was not very good with computers I paid the man I was quite Disturbed when he very quick with my inspection while I waited for my inspection information to come through the mail it never showed I contacted him and asked him why I was not getting the report through the mail he told me I had problems with my computer pulling it up there it was so this is the norm from him I immediately reminded myself that he had made a statement that another person was requesting his report but could not get it so I guess this is part of his routine be very very careful of this person because he will go ghost you I had to get the sheriff to contact him in order for me to get the information that I needed but still never did I would totally stay away from this person this is my personal opinion and my experience with this person as I am living in my home I started noticing serious things with the foundation I had asked him before about the floor being unlevel he told me don't worry it's totally fine this is an old home and it's natural also had signs of rodent infestation they were clearly visible maybe not to the homeowner but definitely to this inspector problems that he did not report also I had trouble with my septic if he had used the blue dye like he said and he taken the cap off of my septic he would have clearly seen that no blue dye came through so that would have showing I had a blockage I thought it was funny that he didn't have a wrench with him just a notepad and a pen and a whole bunch of b******* when I got the septic guy out here he told me that if the inspector had used the blue dye I would have definitely found the problem that I had a blockage he never inspected the AC ductwork underneath the house or he would have noticed that all the duck work was torn away with rodent infestation by the way he did look underneath the house said it was dry I had also noticed a bad odor in my home it smelt rotten ask him about that and he said that the house had just been vacated for a while I found out that I had wood rot that was clearly visible to an inspector also my home in the front was leaning in the whole front wall he never reported that so buyer beware the only reason I am posting this now because it's been a hard Road for me to find him because I'm not very good with computers but thank God for my son coming to live with me this year he has been teaching me a lot of things about computers and Facebook that's how I I finally found him I also recommend you get his license number right away I had called A Better Business Bureau and they said he did not have his own license at the time of my inspection that he must be using someone else's so that's why he was ghosting me because I was a requesting that I get his license number so I could file a report with a Better Business Bureau so buyer beware do not use this man the reason why he's so cheap is because he does cheap with his time on these inspections and Phillips as you read this review shame on you taking advantage of a single old lady you know that's called elderly abuse scamming old ladies that's just my personal opinion

Unit 204 to be exact...the building itself wasn't bad...the unit management/upkeep was more of a problem. Pros: Small building, not crowded, reasonable elevator wait, good for couples/adults...not many kids, peaceful area...no late night noise. Nice size pool...rarely crowded. Walk way to and from beach built is nice...we'll lit and probably the nicest in the area. Building offered several carts for loading things to condo and from...super handy and great never having a shortage Beach area was clean. North Myrtle was wonderful...building location was an easy walk to get coffee, souvineers or a bar. Cons: Limited parking at condo...maybe 10 and rest across street. Not bad but a pain crossing traffic every time... especially busy times. Saw several dead cockroaches on our floor...pretty gross. Was an AWFUL smell in stair area and noticed same in areas of rental...like a mildew/sour chemical blend. Unit 204 needed attention...cleaning company did awful job...floors thilthy and areas of unit smelled to the point I had to get candles at Walmart to burn. Air broke last 2 days there...was repaired but it was clearly broke when we arrived and unit only had 1 small fan. Wash machine needs attention...had a disgusting smell that ruined anything that went in it... everything we had stunk from the unit and going in this machine. The car actually actually smelled like farts for the drive back to Chicago compliments of it all. The unit itself is nice and good view/patio...but the poor cleaning and maintenance are ruining this and spoils the trip here.

Further more I would consider the structure to be compromised by what I have seen. Also we have seen roaches and the overall condition is less to be desired....... One would think that these type repairs would be done during off season months and not when thousands of people are counting on a quiet and peaceful vacation! Living on base can be convenient for a number of reasons however AMCC has made living on base…read moreunbearable. We have had several issues with our house and although they send someone out immediately, they "inspect" the issue and do nothing to resolve the problem. AMCC does nothing to accommodate the residents. It's evident that all they do is take your money and talk down to you when there's an issue. They promise things they never deliver. At the end of the day, AMCC is the worst, most blatant case of entitlement I have ever seen in 17 years in the military. Finally: Cherry Point housing is atrocious. You have junior Marines living in brand new houses and 25 year SNCO's living in old, run down housing that you have to sign a release for stating you have been informed that there may be lead paint and asbestos in your home. Shows how much they value military members! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
