Was told that "he got sidetracked and forgot", I said "no problem". He said "ill call you back in a few minutes and figure it out for you and call you back". I got a call on…read more2 hrs before we agreed on a pickup time (after I demanded my truck back) and was told there was 2 broken bolts they couldn't get out. During the 1 1/2 weeks of repair I did not receive 1 phone call for a update, rarely someone would answer and messages not returned. When on my way to pick up my truck I was texted the "new shop address" turns out they hauled my truck to the "new shop in foley" 20 miles away without my knowledge and were not even going to tell me! Worst customer service, worst technical service. When I paid the guy, he couldn't even print a receipt for the cherry on top. Not a shock that he's leaving Princeton, headed to screw people in another town.
