Very professional company that does great work. I've seen posts indicating they are pricey but my take is they are a "best value" contractor (price competitive with superior results). This is our second year with Abracadabra. We have a two building condominium complex on Russian Hill that has difficult access to many of the windows. We bid this work out and are happy to pay a slight premium for their workmanship and level of service. read more

Had great experience with Window Wizards. Michael & his team of trained window cleaners did a fantastic job. We have a lot of windows, skylights, large outdoor glass railing and hard to clean French style sliding patio doors. They cleaned all them all sparkling, getting in the nooks, crannies, removing any spider webs, sea salt grime. *This is a review of Abracadabra's business practices only* I can't comment on the quality of their work, because they never showed up. Michael of Abracadabra called me 10 minutes before he was supposed to show up at my house and told me he wouldn't be coming due to rain. Rain? It was 70 degrees out. A beautiful October Indian Summer day in San Francisco. It did rain, 7 days later. Whatever the real reason Michael didn't show up had nothing to do with the weather. I'm guessing it had more to do with watching the Giants. This was a big job ($1,000) and what really irritated me was that I took the day off from work to oversee the the project. I wish I had read Abracadabra's spotty Yelp reviews first!!! read more

Michael and Cristobal did a great job on my windows right before my Superbowl party. They were fast, professional and reasonably priced.

Michael and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning ALL of my windows - even those that a previous window washer had said were impossible to clean! They willingly moved heavy pieces of furniture, including a piano, to get to the windows and were careful and meticulous. They even made sure the floors were protected. Don't bother with any other window washers. Just call Abracadabra! I highly recommended them. read more

He promptly responded to my request for an estimate and was able to meet and give me the estimate for cleaning the windows of four units promptly. He confirmed his arrival the night before -- arrived on time with all his equipment and crew and breezed through the place. Barking dogs don't phase him, either. Michael Wolf, the window wizard himself, has been cleaning my windows for around 5 years. I have no idea why I haven't written a review until now. He came today and my family is now at risk of walking into glass doors and windows they are so clean. I can't stop looking at how gorgeous everything looks. Really. Besides being an excellent window guy, Michael is nice to be around. I enjoy his company and chatting with him about our kids and such. He is prompt, reasonably priced, and flexible. I just had my windows cleaned by Abracadabra. As the name implies, the team works magic. I have multiple, very high floor to ceiling windows, sliding glass doors, and skylights. Michael Wolf is the owner. He and his team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They cleaned my windows inside and out as well as my screens. When they left the premises, other than windows that were so clean they looked like they had no glass in them, my unit looked exactly as it did when they arrived. My house is right over the beach so that living in this house is like living on a boat. Paint, iron work, glass all require constant maintenance. Michael and his guys come every month to wash the windows. He also washes a room which is completely glass on two sides with a glass roof. Michael is a mountain climber so he has the skill to maneuver on that roof with hurting himself or the glass. He is careful and thoughtful about his work, and he can get into even the most difficult locations. When he is finished, our windows look fantastic. read more

I found this business on Yelp, so I think it's my obligation to other people looking for window cleaners to write this review. If I could give 0 stars, I would. So incredibly DISAPPOINTED and UPSET. We have used this company in the past (Michael came by himself to do the work and we were pleased and hired him back), but this time Michael sent a team over to clean the windows in my newly, down to the studs, remodeled home. Not only did his crew do a mediocre job on the windows (left smudges, streaks, stickers on numerous windows - obviously no one took the time to go around and check the windows before leaving), but more importantly, their CARELESSNESS and DISREGARD for our property DAMAGED OUR HOME (damaged our window treatment plus cracked the plaster on multiple window sills and left the broken paint chip pieces on the sills or on the floor below!!!) We immediately called the owner Michael, he came later that evening to take a look, agreed that his guys were careless and damaged our property, but then had the utter audacity to shift the blame onto us, repeat clients, saying that it was our fault. Who does this?!?! My husband said, "All you have to do is apologize and say you're sorry!" but could Michael step up and do this? Nope! Instead he ARGUED and repeatedly BLAMED US and the work that we had done on our brand new home. So unbelievably rude, UNPROFESSIONAL and APPALLING for a business owner to behave this way towards his repeat clients. Michael has WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have experienced. Now we have to spend $$$$ to have our painter return to replaster and paint the damages sills and hire our window shade intstaller to repair and reinstall the damaged shade. And to top it off, we don't even have clean windows as a consolation prize. read more
