They did a good job on the roof, but left something undone with my attic fan switch after they installed a new fan, they never fixed correctly. This morning after Hurricane Sandy, he came by to give me an estimate for some storm damage and he was very gruff, walked away from me like he couldn't be bothered when I was thinking a second after his estimate was slightly higher than what the insurance company told me I could do without approval and basically said take it or leave it now or I won't be here until Christmas. I know this guy is busy after the Hurricane, but he has a real attitude problem and is a nasty, arrogant guy, and while their company is good, I don't want to deal with him and give him my money anymore and not sure if you should either. By the way, that is not him shown on the picture of the owner in Yelp - that is his son, who I have dealt with and is much nicer guy - so either deal with the son or don't deal with Reality Roof

It cost us $500 for the exterminator to trap the animals and close the gap that Reality should have closed in the first place. Our 12 year old roof was leaking. Arnie first had one of his workers come over to check the roof…read moreout. That person gave me preliminary findings and showed me pictures of problem areas on the roof. Arnie came by another day to go over the requirements of what would be needed to install a new roof, his credentials and the guarantees offered. He then provided me an estimate that night. A few days later, his workers came, tore off the old roof, put new plywood throughout the whole roof, lined the roof and then shingled it. They had almost the whole roof done in a day, but did need a little time the next morning to finish up (which Arnie previously told me might happen). The workers were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and worked hard. They left the property very clean. A few days after the new roof was installed, we had a few days of very heavy rain and the roof did great. I would highly recommend Arnie Blake for roofing.
