Then, they finally admitted that they were overbooked for that day and was there a better day for re-scheduling? Yeah...the better day was the day I took off to wait for them to come. So unprofessional...I felt disrespected. The only thing good that came out of this was finding another company that actually had someone show up when they said they would. And after reading their other reviews on Yelp, I realized so many others had the same issue with this company not showing up for scheduled appointments. People's time are precious...this company needs to remember this. They need to overhaul their scheduling commitments!!

This morning after Hurricane Sandy, he came by to give me an estimate for some storm damage and he was very gruff, walked away from me like he couldn't be bothered when I was thinking a second after his estimate was slightly higher than what the insurance company told me I could do without approval and basically said take it or leave it now or I won't be here until Christmas. I know this guy is busy after the Hurricane, but he has a real attitude problem and is a nasty, arrogant guy, and while their company is good, I don't want to deal with him and give him my money anymore and not sure if you should either. It cost us $500 for the exterminator to trap the animals and close the gap that Reality should have closed in the first place. Had I noticed the gap, I am certain Reality would have repaired the problem but with animals crawling in our attic I had no other choice than to have the exterminator repair the problem.

That person gave me preliminary findings and showed me pictures of problem areas on the roof. Arnie came by another day to go over the requirements of what would be needed to install a new roof, his credentials and the guarantees offered. He then provided me an estimate that night. A few days later, his workers came, tore off the old roof, put new plywood throughout the whole roof, lined the roof and then shingled it. They had almost the whole roof done in a day, but did need a little time the next morning to finish up (which Arnie previously told me might happen).
