Nick came out to give me an estimate, and right away I was impressed with how knowledgeable and straightforward he was. There was no wishy-washiness about pricing or what was needed -- he explained everything clearly and honestly. I told him I wanted my floors done right after my cabinets were installed, and he made sure to fit me into the schedule. Although Nick wasn't the one physically installing the floors, he closely monitored the entire process. Whenever I had a question or concern, he not only answered quickly but also came out in person to make sure things were handled properly. When the installers discovered mold behind the molding, Nick personally went to Home Depot to get the right materials and treated it for me at no extra cost. He even helped with unrelated issues: when the interior door to my garage became misaligned during the process, Nick got tools, tried to fix it himself, and then explained what I needed to do since the springs were old. On top of that, when another contractor I was working with left me in a tough spot, Nick stepped in to connect me with someone reliable to fix the problem. The floor itself looks beautiful -- the quality of both the flooring and the padding is excellent. But what really makes me recommend Quantum Floors so highly is Nick. He is professional, proactive, and truly cares about his customers. While Quantum might not be the cheapest option compared to big-box or "fly-by-night" places, the honesty, service, and results are worth every penny. If you are looking for quality work, done in a timely manner, at a very fair price then Mark is your guy! His quotes for labor only and labor/materials/moving furniture beat the other 5 companies I brought out and the experience was night and day in comparison to other companies I have dealt with in the past. Mark is easy easy to get on the phone, his team is amazing, and despite me delaying the start by several months they were still ready to going as soon as I pulled the trigger. As with any other project price is always a consideration and without going into specific numbers I can say that by having Flooring Friend handle everything from ordering materials, moving a couple heavier pieces of furniture, and installing my LVP my savings was considerable for the quality of work and product they put in. The 20 mil panels I was considering from Floor and Decor would have cost me just under double what Mark quoted me for the same, if not lower, quality product. The price was not the only factor in my decision to contract his company but now that it is completed I've got a nice chunk of extra change to put towards bringing them back to renovate the first floor. Initially we had expected somewhere in the 3-4 day range for completion of the install but knowing that me and my large dog were staying elsewhere the team put in the extra hours and I was able to get back in the house the evening of the second day. During the actual project I interacted with his team on a few occasion and they were great, making sure to show me their updated progress to make sure that I was satisfied before they moved on to the next area. When we did our final walkthrough they went above and beyond by helping my move a couple pieces of furniture back into place so I didn't have throw them on a dolly and struggle with them myself. All of the cutting and prep was done in my garage and on my driveway so I was expecting to come home with a ton of dust to clean out of my pavers and garage but instead it had all been taken care of before the final walkthrough. Even inside the house I was hard pressed to find anything that wasn't tidy enough to be cleaned with a wipe of a towel or a quick sweep, I even cancelled my maid because there was virtually no dust anywhere in the house. I highly recommend that you call Mark if you are looking to have some work done on your home and don't want to deal with the headaches that come with so many other companies out there. They were such a pleasure to deal with that I already have Mark coming back out to check out the next project in the townhouse! He's a stand up guy, does not skimp when it comes to sending the right team for the job, and makes sure to stop by the site each day to update you on the progress.

Shoutout to knowledgeable Julian in the store who showed me various replacement doors and quartz samples, Diane, who helped with design questions, Nelson, the company's owner, who brought samples to our home and accompanied me to look at quartz slabs and made fantastic suggestions (i.e., cabinet conversions to pullout drawers), Fernando, who reconfigured my plumbing to accommodate my new sink, Caesar and his crew, who removed my Corian countertops and backsplashes and installed my new quartz, "Mr. Magic", Eddie, who singlehandedly removed my old doors, converted cabinets to drawers, and built an additional pantry; each providing quality workmanship while always being meticulous. Nelson was on top of everything and responded immediately to my texts and phone calls. Signed the contract 7/29, was told work would begin 8/25. The quartz and plumbing were done 8/25-26, deconstruction and construction of cabinetry was done the following week and the entire project was completed in an extra 1/2 day. The quality of the replacement cabinet doors and drawers with soft close is beyond excellent and the newly built items are of superb craftsmanship. All members of the crew were friendly, trustworthy, wonderful to work with and cleaned up everyday so we could utilize the kitchen sink and live dust free. Nelson, the owner, stays on top of everything so the project is right on schedule. We liked him immediately. Love the beauty and quality of our new kitchen and highly recommend this business.
