This law firm is pretty bad. I kind of knew after I started. After I initiated my claim they pushed heavily towards doing a workman's comp. I can't remember specifically if it was mandatory but pretty sure it was.Then I've had multiple people reach out to me asking for info I had already given to the last person. The mandatory workman's comp call you have to be on is pretty much a sales call. "We take this percentage while the industry standard is this" a bit paraphrased but that is the gist of it. After months go by I decide to follow up with them and they say they can't get ahold of the defendant. They say they will keep trying and let me know when they do. After another month or so they reach out to me saying they are terminating my representation due to them not being able to get ahold of the defendant. They are just here going after the low hanging fruit it seems and anything that takes effort they won't bother. Many months wasted on their incompetence. Stay farrr away from them. read more

Poor communication among team members and slow follow-up led to them having to drop the case only because of time. Under any circumstances DO NOT HIRE this law firm!!! They will not fight in your favor and in reality they play a game on you!! I trusted them and I filed my case long time ago with them, they abused my trust and contacted the defendant's attorney and sold my evidences to them! The attorney would never reply me and would promise me million dollar case over the phone while in reality I did not get a PENNY. All the other reviews in here are fake and not valid at all. It is very easy to pay someone $10 to write an excellent review for you. Trust me I tell you from my experience. Someone from my previous employer told me that Abramson's attorney were paid cash to postpone my case and they were doing these so I pass the deadlines to not be able to file the the matter with other offices such as EEOC. The two stars are for the attorney who seems to be the only polite person at this practice. Not only did the paralegals draft correspondence and mistakenly copy me on it, but also there were typos and incorrect gender identifications in those same correspondences. If I were opposing counsel this would be a complete giveaway that this practice doesn't pay attention to detail which is crucial when representing a client. Nicholas the "case manager" comes across as rude and at times unhelpful. Instead of simply attaching IRS forms he is requesting to emails he leaves it to the client to search and obtain for themselves. Extremely unprofessional. If you know you're going to need it back from someone why not just be courteous and have it ready to send out? How long have you been doing this exactly? Previous attorneys and their offices have always emailed me the forms I need to sign as a courtesy. You get it ready, done and out of the way. I do not recommend this practice whatsoever. I'm a little frustrated with the way things went. My intent letter went out incorrectly. The person doing my Intake confused my information up. After that it was difficult to get a hold of anyone. I would leave messages and never get a call back. But if I missed a call, they would call 5-10 times and call anyone I knew telling them they're trying to get ahold of me. All they do is contact people (not sure if they contact the right people). They recently dropped my case because they said to contact before a specific date to discuss and I contacted them before that date and they said I did not contact them so they had to drop me, I asked for my case file and they sent me two measly letters they sent and the rest of the files was the evidence I sent. In an effort to try to end my case I tried to email the email that was listed in the letter they sent me and it's not a real email. I looked up the address they have listed on the two letters they sent and it goes back to a shopping center. Called them for help with issues with a former employer. Initially on my first call with an intake person, We went through all my experiences at work. This person told me I definitely have a case against the former company. They told me I'd be contacted by an attorney and it was actually a paralegal that called next. The paralegal wanted to go over more details of my experiences and then they told me that a demand letter would be sent out on my behalf to start litigation. They ensured me that I would review the demand letter before it was sent out so that I may give them the ok to send it. A few months went by and no word at all from them, so I decided to contact them. No one ever called. After a couple months I called them. They informed me that the demand letter was never sent out and that they were very busy with many cases because of Covid. They confirmed with me again that the letter would not be sent out without me viewing it first. A week later they email me saying the demand letter was sent. I called to inquire about it and was sent a copy of it. After viewing the copy of the letter there were so many mistakes made in it. It was ridiculous! They insured me everything would be corrected when they met with the company's attorneys for a first discussion. I supplied them with all evidence I had for my claims and they said they'd contact me after they had that meeting with the company. Low and behold they called me months later saying that now they have to terminate engagement with my case. I asked why and the paralegal told me that it was because I attained other attorney services, which I never did. Then an actual attorney called me to say the paralegal made a mistake, and that they weren't getting anywhere with the other company and had to disengage with my case. That time is the ONLY time I actually spoke with an actual attorney. This place is horrible! They just shuffle you around to many Intake workers and paralegals which have heavy case loads and are not at all attentive to their clients. They are hard to get in contact with and do sloppy work toward your case, and then just drop you. Maybe if they were more attentive to their clients and presented themselves in a more professional manner they could give better outcomes. I'm so disappointed I even waisted all that time using them. Just bad overall, Keep calling to get in contact with my attorney Tova but always get directed to Nicholas, it's been 45 days since I signed the C&R and nothing. I keep getting told things such as "She is in a meeting she will call you back, never did. I have to keep calling and sending emails I even requested an email updated and nothing. This has been such a long frustrating process and they do no help. My therapist told me she never got requested to check our files or anything, I also got told once that "Tova no longer works here." I am not the only person that has experienced this. This law firm is shady or they are just not good at their jobs. Instead of making tiktoks answer emails and attend to your clients like they should. I still haven't received my settlement check but so far just not good. If I could rate this form a 0 I would . This place is a joke. They will call 20 times in one day for you to sign the contingency contract at a whopping 50% of whatever you recover. As soon as you sign your contract you cannot get a phone call back. If you do it's sombody who can't understand English. In my case a demand letter was written up by a paralegal not a attorney and sent out to my employer without me being able to approve it. My 12-year-old nephew could've written a better demand letter. Every time you call the firm you get somebody who can barely speak English and when you question them regarding anything they stutter and are clueless. I lost valuable time on my case and I will be making a formal complaint to the California bar association regarding this rip off firm. Do Not Hire!! Before hiring them I went into Yelp just to see the reviews and I remember reading a lot of reviews and they were all negative. I decided to not go by the yelp reviews and I hired them. At first the attorneys were into my case and said they are going to fight it all the way through. I started communicating with one of the Attorneys Ariela Keller and from the beginning she was extremely rude. After every other word throughout our conversation she would say "like I said" and would always talk about the same things that she had previously mentioned. And she would ignore the important questions. I told her that after seeing all the negative reviews on Yelp, I still wanted to give them a try. After 17 months later everything I was reading how they are unprofessional and would ignored client calls, they started doing that to me.
