We'd been having a problem with mud daubers coming into our house, so I requested them come and see if they can find where they're potentially coming from. Our technician (I think his name was Trey, I'm horrible with names) came in, sprayed the basewall of the house, and didn't really say much about the issue. Afterwards he worked on the outside of the house, but I can at the very least tell that he missed a nest that I specifically told him about, and left without saying a word. (again, was expecting him to come in and give the run down of what he did / found, contacted cs and they left a note for the next technician to do this before leaving) We'll see if the issue still persists and probably call for a follow up if it does. At the very least customer service is quick and helpful with their response, and I'll update this review if the problem does not persist *update: They responded to our review with a follow up regarding the services provided. I received a call from Mike explaining what happened, and got a lesson in pests which was nice because googling was not as helpful as it could be.
