I'm an amateur, so I needed some extra hand-holding. Dustin helped me scope out what was needed to prefab the window, find a supplier in my price and quality range, and determine all the details. He came out to our house and helped design a window that would match the architectural and historical details on the house. And then before the window arrived, something came up and I wasn't able to take delivery. Dustin worked with me to define a reduced price if I didn't take delivery, but DM wouldn't take a loss either, which was definitely above and beyond fairness in my opinion.
