As it turns out, the guys in Seattle botched the job. The first issue I had was that my windshield wiper sensor didn't work. I stopped by the shop to ask if they could help, and they told me to stop in any time. I showed up the next morning and Juan spent over a half-hour re-installing and sealing the sensor- got it working like new. When I asked where to pay, he told me no charge and he'll see me when I need something else taken care of. And then I did. A few weeks later I was driving in a major rain storm and water started streaming in from the top of the windshield. I brought the van in and Juan quickly identified the issue. I was expecting to pay several hundred dollars to remove and re-install the windshield, but he was able to re-seal without removing the glass - the bill was less than half what I was expecting. This shop does quality work and will do the right thing for their customers. They deserve to be on your list of go-to service providers!!

I got a chip on my windshield driving my brand new Subaru home from the dealership. It was pretty devastating to have that happen so soon. I was planning on leaving on a trip tomorrow, so he kindly came right away to fix the chip. I was afraid it would start to spread since it had already started to fracture out.
