We're state-certified general contractors who've built hundreds of homes and installed many septic systems--so we know when someone is trying to take advantage. When we refused to proceed under the new price and requested our deposit back, they tried to keep part of it for "administrative" and "permitting" fees. If this is how they treat professional builders, we can't imagine what they do to everyday homeowners. We're hiring attorneys and plan to pursue this legally. Run from this company.
