The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!! Their website claims that their mission is to "treat their customers and each other as family"... and based on what I have experienced thus far, they are living their mission!!! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC PROBLEM. THEY SEEK ACCESS TO YOUR HOUSE TO TELL YOU YOU NEED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF REPAIRS. THEY ARE A RELIC FROM LONG AGO. like the mechanics who told you your car needed a new engine regardless of its condition. My advice? Avoid.

The only thing you will receive is a lower cost for his services, without any accountability of their services. You will need to have someone at your residence to in sure the work is being performed. If you don't have eyes on the work you will probably regret it. The service that was performed was a gutter cleaning. I had to instruct the workers on how to place their ladders on the roof, to keep them from damaging the structure. I Didn't receive a work order or receipt for completion of the work , after requesting one. And once the work appears to be completed, the owner fails to respond to any issues going forward.
