Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

Although their cost was a little high, they would take care of everything and I wouldn't have to do anything (like hire another company to replace the garage door). The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars vs. 5 stars is, their communication with my tenant. The tenant would take time off work to be there and they didn't show up a couple times. After speaking to Jorge about this issue, the matter was resolved and they were on time after that. They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. I don't believe such a horribly bad company could lie like this in public.

Our former housekeeper moved so we recently had Purple Fig come in for an initial cleaning with the hopes of setting up a twice a month or bi-weekly service. We were quoted ~$280 per visit which was higher than our old housekeeper but seemed reasonable enough given they bring multiple people. They claimed the first clean was to bring things up to the "Purple Fig Standard" but when I got home after the cleaning I genuinely had trouble understanding what they did while in my home other than leave a candy cane on our kitchen counter. They don't do any laundry (even bed sheets/towels, not looking for a wash and fold service here) which is frustrating but I can somewhat understand given the time a laundry cycle takes. The most egregious offense was that they apparently also dont do any dishes . Again, i'm not asking for a post-Thanksgiving dinner cleanup here but we had a few pans and plates from last nights dinner in the sink and they didn't touch them. Overall, my wife and I struggled to understand what they really did to clean our home. When we decided not to continue with the bi-weekly service they then retroactively charged us $470 for the initial clean. For the price they charge not doing laundry or even tidying up the kitchen when there are a few dishes in the sink doesn't feel worth it. The best part of a cleaning service is coming home to a clean house that you can see and feel as soon as you walk through the door. With Purple Fig, I walked in to a house that felt like the cleaning service had to reschedule for another day

He checked it out and the motor was bad. The motor itself was covered under warranty, so no charge for that. I had to pay for the labor. I keep the unit running most of the time. Over time, things need to be cleaned. The fan blade had become quite dirty over time. Wang and his assistant fully cleaned the whole unit, and replaced the motor. It is now fully clean and running like new. Cooling my whole shop very quickly. I can fully recommend Wang and Breeze Cooling and Heating for any HVAC needs you have. He is knowledgeable, quick to arrive, and always fair with pricing. He also does electrical work. I will continue to call him for my HVAC needs and will continue to refer him to other people. I first met Oscar when he came to my business www.bensoncarpetandfloors., to leave business cards requesting referrals. At that time he had one truck and a helper. With 45 years in the flooring industry, I had become dubious in recommending carpet cleaners as their are many unfulfilled expectations in the carpet cleaning business. Oscar demonstrated sincerity and honesty by his willingness to say what he could or could not accomplish in carpet cleaning. He has grown from one truck to a respectable fleet of new vehicles, conscientious employees, a marketing director, and a receptionist with great people skills. This summer I spilled castor oil on fairly light wool carpet in master bedroom. I blotted up as much as I could and called WOW. Amazing!!! On Time: Was given a reasonable arrival range of 9 to 9:30am, was called the day before to confirm - and Edgar and Andres showed up at 9:15. Not in a hurry: We did a complete walk through showing stains and areas for increased attention - no rush at all. Upsell: Asked if I wanted a pet treatment (since I have pets), I said no thank you and nothing ever mentioned again, no other upsell attempts. Service: Pre-vacuum, stain treatment, used own water, done in about an hour (5 rooms) - not too long not too short. Obvious pride in their work. Satisfaction: they asked me to walk through after the work - were able to get most stains out and THEY pointed out the ones they couldn't get out. Carpets will dry in about 5 hours - 16 year old carpets with kids / pets looks new again!! Cost: In reading other reviews, it was obvious this was one of the best companies in and around Austin. I needed the carpets cleaned in one of my rental properties at the last minute as I had new tenants moving in the following day. The previous tenants had left my property's carpet in bad shape; they had four kids and pets. I searched on Google, checked reviews, and decided on WOW. Well, I was pleasantly surprised on how very nice and congenial the lady who answered the phone,Wendy, was to me. She assured me that her company would do an excellent job despite the fact I did not have electricity and water running in the house. This definitely helped in my decision making process. I met Cesar and the other carpet cleaning professionals at my home. They cleaned the carpets without my supervision and locked my door on the way out. I never post reviews. However I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and service that the WOW team provided while cleaning the rugs in my entire house. They took the time to place little absorbing blocks under my furniture to soak up the water, they put plastic guards around the corners of my walls to avoid rubbing the hoses on my walls, they sealed my open door with some sort of weather blanket so all the heat didn't leave my house during the cleaning, and they wore paper booties around their shoes to not track dirt back on the carpet. This is the best service Iv'e ever seen when it comes to carpet cleaning. I used "the other guys" the last time and the experience was not so good. WOW did a great job and I would recommend them for carpet cleaning. Due to indoor dogs, I plan to have my carpets cleaned every 4 months, and I recently scheduled them to come back to clean and seal my tile and grout. Again, impressive. read more

After years of using another carpet cleaning service which left our carpet looking anything but clean last year we decided to try someone new this year and preferably in the by neighborhood. We used Wow Total Cleaning. We showed them the areas that were of most concern. Their techs said they thought they could make them look much better. They did just that and did an overall outstanding job of making our carpeting look fresh and near new. We have used Wow cleaning several times on some rental houses we own and our primary residence. I can say I will never use anyone else if they continue to perform at this high level. The price is right, the staff has a positive attitude and they get the job done. They even organized my clutter after cleaning around it. Wow carpet cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet! My carpet gets dirty really fast with two kiddos in the home. I have berber carpet & to me it seems to really show the dirt in the carpet more than plush fibers. I hired Wow carpet cleaning to come in and clean the carpet after a slumber party with my two girls. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet & even removed a coffee stain that I thought was never going to come out. We used Wow Total Cleaning for our corporate offices in preparation for an important business meeting. Our carpet had been neglected for some time and due to the nature of our business, had experienced quite a bit of traffic, including large parcel shipments arriving on a daily basis and a few office dogs roaming around fairly regularly. The meeting was last minute but we were able to schedule Wow for the very next day. They were in and out in about four hours and got up all the pet spots and ground in dirt. I was referred to Wow Cleaning for a rug stain removal and was so impressed with the level of service as well as the customer service. They came to my house the day I called and removed a stain on a sea grass rug that other carpet cleaning companies wouldn't even attempt to clean because they said it was impossible! We just used this service and were very pleased. We needed a last minute job for a real estate showing. They answered my late call, scheduled service for the next day, did a great job for a price that beats the steam team by 50% (who we normally were using). Workers were polite and efficient. The crew came back two days later to retrieve all the fans.
