We moved in to a new home that had pet hair all over the carpets. We called Wow Total Cleaning before we moved in with all our furniture. After they finished, the carpets were still covered in dog hair. And not just a little bit, but A TOOOOOON. Literally every inch of carpet was covered in dog hair as if they didn't even clean. I called them to remedy the situation and they made the excuse that it's probably the air filtration blowing pet hair in the air. No, because there would be pet hair in the blinds, corners, etc. but that's not the case. It was all over the carpet. Although they offered to come back out, they were going to clean in the same exact technique as they previously did. I mean if it didn't work the first time, why are you going to do the same thing AGAIN?? What a waste of time and money. Dishonest, untrustworthy and rude. Just a few words to describe our experience with this company. The project manager and contractor work hand in hand while the owner os left out of what's being done onsite. Pricing was never discussed upfront or along the way with us or the insurance company.Multiple invoices were sent with different amounts every time and some of the work that they claim was done never was. When I called to go over the invoice, I was told, "I don't really know; I just charge whatever the contractor says. There's really no way of me knowing what they've done. I'll just send you to collections since you're refusing to pay". If you want to work with a company who doesn't value their customers and lies to get money any way they can, then WOW is the company for you. Otherwise, choose another company!! read more

MAKE SURE AND READ REVIEWS. DON'T TRUST WOW I called WOW to ask for mold testing so that my plumber could complete a job repairing a water leak. They sent someone out within 2 hours and started the job. The tech quoted me no more than 800.00. NOONE told me that they don't test for mold. I did not need WOW's services. I needed a mold test. They set up fans and checked back daily. They were not able to lower the moisture to what it needed to be after 8 days. I reminded the tech that the leak was still present and I was waiting to have it fixed until I got my mold testing back. They then told me that they don't test for mold and the tech said they would not be able to lower the moisture level until the leak was fixed. There was no need for WOW to do any service to my home. They had a hose that drained the moisture from the wall and it leaked and flooded my closet. Then they sent me an invoice for 1,200. I offered them 500.00 which I thought was more than fair. They refused and have continue to press me for the entire 1,200. They won't do anything about the flooded closet. I am having to hire an attorney to argue this cost and ask for the repair of my closet. There is so many other legitimate, honest competition out there. Choose someone else. read more

This past week we had a sewer leak in our back yard and Wow had been called to come access the situation and they had guaranteed that they be able to handle this. From the get go, the project manager Eric was so rude and dishonest. His crew and him did the minimal on their so called cleanup when in reality they were hired and paid to do a toxic waste cleanup in my backyard. They also left a horrific mess of poisonous granules and powder all over my yard and patio and they advised me that it would be safe for my service dogs and my family to go out there amongst that. I'm still in shock and am So disappointed and disgusted. read more

Very happy with this business. I contacted 6 different carpet cleaners for quotes last month. WOW cleaning texted back with the best quote. Over texts, we detailed the service I needed and I picked a date for the cleaning. They requested my address and phone number, which I texted back. Now, at this point they didn't respond, so I assumed the cleaning was booked, but they never confirmed it. So yesterday I called to verify the time they were coming, and they did not have me on their books. She said they could schedule me for 4 days out, which stressed me out because I had spent the previous 24 hours bringing most of what I owned downstairs so they could clean every square inch of carpet. When I protested and pulled up the texts she said she would check on something. She came back a minute later and said they had contacted someone who could come at 2, which worked great for me. He came right on time and he did an amazing job! Everything looks so much better. It was a very thorough job, I have no complaints. He even apologized for a nail polish stain he couldn't get out. I told him it was nail polish, I knew it wasn't coming out. That speaks to an attention to detail, a dedication to cleaning my carpets, not just running their equipment over the floors and getting out. It did take longer than the expected 3-4 hours to dry, but everything was perfectly dry when we woke up this morning. So, great, high quality work, great price, great coming through for me. read more

I had been wanting to get my carpets cleaned sometime in the near future. A sick dog made that future as soon as possible today. I called three places that I found on Yelp, willing to pay full price, sit at home for hours waiting, whatever it took to get the carpets cleaned today. I spoke to someone at Wow around 8:30 AM, the only place that both answered their own phone (and not a clueless answering service) and also had two open slots today. I took the 11AM and they said they would call me when they were on their way. I got a call at 10:08 that they were on their way, so I jetted home to meet them. Walked in and the dog had gotten in the garbage and strewn it all over the living room carpet. Good thing I was getting the carpets cleaned. One of the techs helped me move the furniture in my bedroom (where all the dog sick was) the other very nicely picked up all the garbage in the living room. They got the first pass done in just under an hour, letting me use their three room $89 special on my mega big living room and the bedroom, and the adjoining hallways. They asked me to check the work in the bedroom. I was disappointed to see several of the stains still visible. I said they needed to be gotten up since that was the only reason I called them. They said the stains would not come up. That's when they got the look. Without another word from me, he said they would try again. I went to the living room and noticed several spots less than stellar. I asked them to work on them some more. Once they had done the second pass, the carpets looked much better, but not 100% restored. I have a hard time believing the stains would not come up completely since the difference between first pass and second pass were very obvious and the only difference was a little more elbow grease. I was grateful that my house is no longer a biohazard but bummed I need to buy my own steam cleaner to work on the carpets some more. Would not recommend this cleaning company. We selected WOW cleaning to come and clean a house we were about to move into, and specified that we were looking for a deep cleaning. There was nothing in the house, so they didn't have to clean around anything. Unfortunately the results were not great. There was still dust and cobwebs throughout the house, the counter tops and floors still had dirt on them, left dead bugs on window sills, etc. etc. To say my expectations were met is an understatement. Since I could not be there for the entire cleaning, I wasn't able to inspect before they left. Once I saw everything, I called and left a message. By the time they called me back we were already scheduled to move into the house. So I spent hours cleaning so that our family could move into a clean/sanitized home. Yes, they offered to send another crew out to clean the areas they missed, but wouldn't be until a couple days later after we were already moved in. I felt bad because there was so much more dirt brought in from the moving. They then offered me a credit for a future cleaning. I thought that was fine. BUT, then my credit card was charged by them TWO MONTHS AFTER THE CLEANING for over $250! I was under the impression this was charged at the time of the cleaning, but nope! They claimed they had reached out, but I never received any notification (call or email). I again reached out to them and they basically said it is what it is. So I now have a large charge on my cc that I wasn't planning for. Awesome. To say the least I will NEVER use them again and will NEVER recommend them to any friends or family. read more

Several weeks ago, my wife and I came back home from out of town to find our house ankle-deep in water. It was traumatizing and a lot of our furniture and contents were damaged. My wife broke down and the house was a huge mess. I called Wow Total Cleaning's Emergency Hotline and the owner Gustavo immediately picked up. It wasn't some calling center that I had to wait for, it was a direct line to his cell phone which I really appreciated. They offered to come immediately in the middle of the night, but I was working with the insurance claims and so we started first thing the next morning. Gustavo and his crew were very professional. They cleaned up all the water and soaked carpet quickly, then moved all our furniture and contents into a storage unit outside of our house. They setup the fans and dehumidifiers and ran it for the next few days. By the end of it, everything was dry and prepped for the next step of our reconstruction. Overall, I am extremely happy with the immediate water restoration service they provided for this emergency. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I've never had an issue reaching them. read more

We have a ton a tile and I could not believe how dirty the grout had gotten. It made me feel like the weekly mopping had no effect on the grout at all. One month ago I contacted them to do a "make ready" for our home, and was absolutely unsatisfied with the services! The older woman complained while cleaning, the wooden blinds throughout the house, continuously asked insulting questions, and did not move or clean behind the refrigerator. I scheduled an upholstery cleaning after my sick cat peed on my couch. The appointment was easy to schedule, and they were available the next day. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous on the phone and in person, and made quick work of the cleaning. Unfortunately, several weeks later, I can still faintly smell the urine on warm days when we don't get enough airflow through the room. I don't want to continue to spend $100 per cleaning if it's not really going to work. At some point the money is better spent on a new couch. read more

I honestly don't know what I would have done without WOW!!! My waterline broke in my kitchen and water spewed everywhere. The water pressure was so strong, it took everything I had to plug the hole with my fingers as my husband went to turn off the water to the house. Problem was, we are new to the home and did not know where the water line valve was located. Uuuggg!! A neighbor driving by stopped and noticed our dog who got loose in the front yard. (Who also was panicked) She called her husband who is a contractor and he was able to tell my husband where to find the water line to turn the water off. Needless to say, by that time water had spilled throughout the kitchen, living room, entry way and half way down the hall. All I could think of doing was grabbing towels which helped but luckily the neighbor knew of WOW clean up service and offered to call for us. Jeric Flores, Project Manager at WOW was at our house within 15 minutes!! His team of guys had the water excavated in no time. They left us with 19 heavy duty fans and 3 humidifiers to run for a few days drying up all of the moisture. Thanks to their quick response and professionalism, we were able to save our baseboards and hardwood floors. A big thank you to our neighbor who referred us to WOW! We are also grateful to WOW because without them, it would have been a total disaster. read more

Great for water cleanup don't ask them to help you repair anything. They left me completely confused after I had a toilet leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused it to crash to the first floor of my kitchen. They came in and did a great job of cleaning up. I asked questions on what to do next. Nobody said much. One day they came and took down the plastic and their fans and left. I was in SHOCK. Took me 9 months to figure out and get estimates to put things back together. I was extremely disappointed. Very bad communication! read more

I had Wow Total Cleaning come clean my kitchen floor (tile/grout). I had never done "professionally" before. The price seemed right for the experiment -- .39/sq ft Setting up the appointment was easy, the reminder call came this morning, and the 2-person crew showed up on time. All of this was very professional. What I learned is that what you are paying for is 2 guys and a industrial machine -- so whatever that machine gets/can reach does get clean -- but for us that meant a 4 inch band of dirty tile underneath all my cabinets and quite a few grout areas that with a little elbow grease could have cleaned up nicely. So, I pointed this out when they brought the invoice, and had to convince them that I expected the "whole" floor to be cleaned -- so they spent another 10 minutes with a brush and got some of it up. One of my complaints is that the guys wore work boots/tennis shoes while doing the job and then proceeded to get water & dirty footprints all over the adjacent/ wood floor between my kitchen and my garage which they walked back/forth on. I followed them around with towels to prevent damage to the wood floors (hoping they would take the hint too), but still had messy footprints to clean up afterward. This needs to be addressed in training, in my opinion. Many other service companies do a better job of this (wear shoe covers) and lay down floor covers if there is risk. So - fine if you need want an "OK" job done.. Not recommended if you are looking for someone to pay attention to detail. read more

This was my 3rd or 4th time to use WOW. And wow, this time was sure was a different experience. This time, they wanted to charge me extra for my cheap area rugs and argued with me when I told them that Wow had included my area rugs in the 2000 sq ft deal before. I also had one room with heavy pet stains which they did not make much effort to get up them up and tried again to upsell me with a special product. I ended up using vinegar and baking power to get the stains up myself. I guess I'm back to looking for a new favorite carpet cleaning company. read more

We just had our tile flooring thoroughly stripped and cleaned. They did an amazing job and me and my husband are very pleased. They worked very hard and took almost no breaks.
