Pathetic after sales service. Once he has cash in hand and is out the door he doesn't respond to any issues. July 2020: I hired him to clean and seal grout in the master bathroom shower of 3yrd old house I bought. The shower by the way was still in great shape. I just wanted a good cleaning done, and filling of couple of very small spots. I also asked him if he can seal the grout and he said he will and claimed a 15yr guarantee on the grout seal. August 2021: Within a year the shower looks way worse than it did after 3 yrs of ownership. Whatever he used as a sealant seems to have served the exact opposite purpose. I reached out to him with pictures and initially he feigned ignorance of even having worked at my house. And when I finally located and shared the receipt copy with him, he said the earliest he can send someone over to take a look is by December 6th!! Also, when I mentioned the 15 year guarantee on the sealant, he said he will check with the sealant manufacturer!! What the hell? Giovanni it was you who claimed the guarantee when you spoke to me face to face, not the manufacturer! Nor is that mentioned anywhere in the receipt! January 2022: December came and went by, it is January and I'm still texting him, calling him(he won't answer), leaving him voicemail(he won't call back). For all the reviewers who gave him 5 stars, just wait a year...see what happens. I'll pray you don't have to reach out to him for any of his "guarantee" claims. This is my worst experience with any kind of contractor ever. read more

I am a little disappointed in the outcome of having replaced shower grout and caulking in my master shower. Your team did the replacement last November 2019. Everything looked good for about a month. In December 2019, we started noticing issues and I contacted you back. Your team came again in Jan 2020 to fix it. Again, it lasted only for a little while. I was hoping for better quality having spent so much on the cleaning and replacement. I have had to clean the grout and caulking in the master shower multiple times and it still doesn't look good. I have to mention that the other two guest baths are looking good, but they are not heavily used. From what I understand from our conversations, I thought the problem of mold/ mildew would not recur. These are excellent! Our job including cleaning tile, repairing tile grout, staining and sealing the grout and replacing a few tiles that were cracked. The tile looks 100% better. To top off a great experience, they were able to locate three replacement tiles that we were short. My husband thought we had enough pieces in the attic, but when brought them down, they turned out to be the wrong size and color! I wasn't sure what we were going to do as they are 10+ years old and a size and color that is no longer popular. Before I could stress out too much, Giovanni struck gold at a "tile grave yard" where he was able to find what we needed and even offered to get a few more so we would have on hand for the future. I had an extra large (double) shower with basic white tile that needed more than just a cleaning prior to putting my house on the market. I contacted 4-5 potential businesses for quotes. One or two didn't reply. One came out and gave me an estimate on a couple options. Another informed me that while his company didn't do the type of work I needed, Giovanni Pipitone of Great Grout Tile Care did and that's whom he recommended. After initial contact, Giovanni quickly came out to give me a quote. In the end, I chose him based on the service he was going to provide along with his quote. Luckily he had a spot open and was able to do the job the following day. Two (2) of his workers came over and spent a total of seven (7) hours in my shower! They put tarps down on the floor from the front door all the way into the bathroom. They also covered most/all of the bathroom walls etc as well. Like water, dust will find a way to get where it wants to go. So there was a fine layer of dust on my faucets, countertop, etc. but that's just part of a job like this; nothing you can do about it. All good. In the end, they put in new grout, put in new caulk, cleaned, and sealed the tile. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of their work. We had a simple job, resealing grout in one of our shower booth. Price quoted was reasonable, and Giovanni did a good job explaining expected outcome of this relatively simple job. Unfortunately, things started falling apart. Sealing was broken three weeks after the job (By the way, they never inspected the work after the job). We were able to schedule re-work twice after mutliple emails/phone calls back and forth. Same result after two re-works. Now, I was told I should contact the builder of my house, because something is wrong with my shower booth. He never bothered to come by and look at the area. Disappointed! read more
