Had the house carpet clean through them this morning. They showed up on time, also called me one hour ago to remind me. They cleaned 6 rooms of carpet, even including my 3 closet carpet. Detailed, professional and fast. Duane is a very very polite guy. I asked the lady where they are from. She said Buda. They had to drive from Buda to Austin to finish my work. I lived in a depraved, ancient apartment near UT campus for a few years while completing my undergraduate degree and boy has the carpet in that old bedroom seen some wear!! My complex requires tenants to have their carpet professionally cleaned upon move-out and this is something that came to my knowledge much too late. They came out today to clean my dryer vents. I've lived in this house for 18 years, and never cleaned them. They were extremely impacted. I purchased a Living Social deal for this service and they did a very good job. They called when they were on their way to let me know they would be arriving a few minutes early. Upon arrival, they did a quick walk through, identifying stains that needed pretreatment, and then got to work. They worked efficiently and were finished in just over an hour. And my carpet looks better than it has in years! I didn't know what to expect in terms of moving furniture, so I had moved all small pieces as well as plants, etc. I pinned up my curtains and bedskirts, but they didn't clean under the beds. They also didn't move any furniture, so that would be my only complaint. I should have asked in advance and I would have moved more things out of the rooms, but it also would have been nice to have had some instructions and information from them prior to the appointment. read more

I called Duane at Steam Pro while in a pinch to get my carpets cleaned before I moved into my new house. He said he was going to call me before going to the house and he did not. He then overcharged me to do basically nothing. As you can see from the picture posted below there were large stains that needed attention that he did not attempt to clean nor did he call me to discuss. I paid $125 for nothing as I am on my hands and knees using a store bought cleaner that takes the stain right up. I thought this is why we hired professionals! This particular stain is about the size of large watermelon, it would be impossible to miss. Unfortunately I experienced great disappointment after seeing his work. Even more disappointment ensued after speaking to him on the phone about the situation. He was too busy to talk to me about the multiple stains because, "he had a very important client on the other line." I asked him politely to call me back when he had more time to talk and he demanded payment right then. I told him that I'd like to speak to him when I wasn't being rushed off the phone and he treated me like he was a debt collector and immediately assumed I was a dead beat client with no intention to pay. For the record, I have ZERO outstanding debt and never have AND he knows the property owner personally. Nothing seemed to matter to this guy, he was relentless to the point of flat out rude within the first minute of the conversation. He did not care one iota about the stains, only about the money. This is an unprofessional establishment. I would NOT recommend their service due to uncaring, rude staff, terrible customer service, and NOT CLEANING YOUR CARPETS! read more
