Super easy to schedule an appointment, I called and while on the phone got a text and email confirmation for the appointment. I chose the 2pm-6pm slot and on the day of at 1:30pm I got a text saying that Maikel was on his way. We thought that we wouldn't be able to get the carpets cleaned because there was no parking near the apartment, as the equipment runs from the van. But Maikel searched around the property for awhile and got a spot where his equipment could reach, so that was great! The stray decided to use our couch as a litter box two days before we were throwing a dinner party and game night. We needed them cleaned ASAP. I sent a quote request to Maikel and not only did he return a more than fair price, he was able to be there the next day. Maikel showed up on time and after hearing about our recent struggles, suggested we use an enzyme spray after cleaning to help completely neutralize any odor and bacteria. There's no service like the service received from someone who owns their own business. Maikel has provided two services in my home, carpeted stairs and sofa. The stairs were in a rental and the carpet was very worn. After cleaned, they were significantly better visibly and the condo smelled better! A couple of months later, I was dog-sitting. The pup had a rough night and unfortunately got sick on the couch. Maikel was honest that one of the cushions might not be salvageable. Maikel did an excellent job on my two area rugs and couch. He is the only company I found that could do Viscose rugs in home (as opposed to me having to bring it in). He even offered to come by and help me move the rug back under furniture after it dries.
