These guys are as good as it gets. I got a same day appointment for an emergency stain that I never thought would come it. They called 20 minutes before arriving so I could be out and not sitting around waiting, came when they said they would, the crew was as nice as can be, polite and professional. They worked HARD to get the stain out and did. Because there was a basic service charge for coming out, they also did my stairs so that I got the full value. This is such a change from my experiences with Stanley, where I felt like they were up selling me and didn't feel like there was real quality in their work. A few months after buying and reupholstering a second-hand chair, my poor dog threw up all over the seat. Because the fabric was a light color and the throw up was pretty watery, it was not easy to clean up and there was a big stain. Unfortunately I didn't have the cleaning instructions for the fabric so I was afraid to try cleaning it myself. I called around to a few places but it was hard to find a company experienced with upholstery cleaning willing to charge a reasonable price. I found this company on Yelp and they agreed to do it for a lower charge than their in home cleaning if I brought the chair to them. I worked with Nelson who has special training in upholstery cleaning. He kept the chair for a couple weeks and cleaned it several times to make sure the stain wouldn't reappear from the foam in the seat. The chair looks good as new and I'm very pleased with the outcome and price. Nelson and the front office staff were always pleasant, professional, and helpful. I was very happy with Absolute Carpet Care when they previously did work for me, which included carpet cleaning, carpet stretching, and furniture cleaning. I contacted them again just for carpet and couch cleaning. They were promptly able to give me an appointment. The team arrived late due to an earlier appointment that delayed them. However, when they arrived the technicians were courteous and professional. They are not inexpensive, but they do a good job. I had some ingrained stains in two rooms and the technicians were able to remove the stains. I will be using them again. read more

I always get my carpet work/cleaning with Absolute Carpet Care. Recently, their was a slight miscommunication problem relative to work that was scheduled to be done and I was less then 100% satisfied. I called the main office and discussed my situation with "Tracey". She was very receptive to my concerns and showed true empathy. She forwarded my problem to one of the managers Marcus. Marcus immediately got back in touch with me. He Truly "listened" to what happened and we discussed some realistic expectations and scenarios to fix the original problem. Even though the original problem with the carpet wasn't the fault of Absolute Carpet Care, it was on them to at least fix it the way I wanted and had paid for, if at all possible. When Marcus got involved, he made sure their was complete communication and he personally made sure the work repair to be done would leave me 100% satisfied. He was right! The repair was basically PERFECT and the rest of the Townhome carpets all cleaned BEAUTIFULLY as well!!! I couldn't be happier as Tracey and Marcus represented everything GREAT about Absolute Carpet Care. They REALLY CARE about their customers, the work that is done for them, and COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I am so glad I re-found you Absolutely. I used Absolute years ago when I had a single family home. They were recommended by the Realtor that sold me my home. I had since moved and remarried so I forgot them and lost there number and name. But I never forgot the great service, loyalty discounts, and extras they provide. I happened to be jerked and mistreated very unprofessionally by a service in the Clipper coupon mag., so when I slammed them in the review Absolute was sitting on the side of the page winking at me. I heard Angles singing, I found them after 9 years ago. I called the first thing in the morning and they were at my door in a few hours. The staff were prompt, courteous, and spent time explaining everything "as I remembered". They had a selection of different service levels for my budget. I also remembered that they are not cheap, but in my experience they are the best and worth every penny. Can't believe I almost signed on to one of those flim flam $69.00 services, that are unprofessional and not as good as advertised. I am delighted to give this business a five star review. I had a meeting at my house and when the folks left I had black marks on the skirts of my couch and loveseat. These pieces of furniture are white! I tried everything I could think of to get out the black but nothing worked. In came my heros. The team of Fernando and Juan were fabulous. They were careful to wear shoe protectors and to make sure that no water or cleaning solution got on my wood floors or carpet. They treated my home as if it was their own. They even moved my couch so it was off the Oriental carpet. They worked so hard to get out the black stains and even began by doing a test area on a hard to see spot. They got out all the black stains and left my furniture looking even better then it was to begin with. I would recommend this company, and particularly this team, to anyone. I had my carpets cleaned by Absolute Carpet Care 12/2/2015. I called requesting carpet cleaning and they got me an appointment the very next day. Nelson and Wilber were very professional, courteous, prompt and thorough. I was quoted a price per square foot over the phone and I calculated the price after they got here. They charged me exactly what I was quoted. They do not nickel and dime you! Everything is included, spot cleaning, etc. They even leave you a small kit that includes spot cleaner and booties in case you have to walk on carpet before it is dry.
