This was by far THE BEST carpet cleaning we have ever received. We just got the stairs, basement, two rooms and an area rug done. ALL were high traffic areas and we have two dogs that love to have muddy paws. The carpets were brown with all the high traffic (they are off white carpets) before we even rented to place. Nelson and Marco were AMAZING! I cant stress how new and completely stain free our brown carpets were. They were amazing and did a better job than two other carpet cleaning services we had over the last 1 1/2 years at this house. The staff at absolute was amazing at pushing me in with only a 12 hour notice too which saved us as well! If i could give more stars to Absolute I would just for that alone but with Nelson and Marco as well.... Those guys deserve all the praise they can get. Best Carpet Cleaning service in the area by far! They got all the spots out of my carpet! Some of which I wasn't sure what they were and if they would come out. My carpets looked brand new! You really do not realize how clean your carpets can look, i'm telling you! And they offer a free room of carpet cleaning to new clients! Definitely cant turn down free! The pricing was definitely fair for the hard work and great results provided by the technicians. The gentleman treated me with such respect and professionalism. They were careful in protecting the corners of the walls, the hardwood floors that they would be walking on to get to the carpets being cleaned. My service was part of a check-out from a rental apartment. When I had moved into the apartment four years ago, there were a few stains on the carpet. I pointed them out to the technicians and explained how old they were and to not worry about them. After the cleaning, the stains were gone! I was, and am, absolutely amazed. First time using Absolute. I had a dining room oriental rolled up from moving and I wanted it cleaned and the fringes removed before putting it under the dining room table. Absolute suggested a stiched "binding/hemming" for the edges after that would give a more finished look and protect the edges. It came out beautifully - looks great. Absolute Carpet Care is outstanding! I had them re-stretch and clean 3 bedrooms and an open area. From scheduling the job through completion was a breeze and very professional. Re-stretching my carpet meant moving a lot of heavy furniture and then replacing the furniture when the job was complete....the techs were exceptional! My carpets look great! I had them come to clean my carpet and then called them out later when...let's just say there was an accident with a new puppy...they weren't able to repair the damage and they didn't charge me for the appointment and left me with a new bottle of spot remover.
