Terrific work done by Luis our technician who was fast and efficient at cleaning our air vents which were very, very dirty from a recent construction operation we had on our plumbing. I have asthma, got an air purifier but if your air vents aren't clean, you are just blowing the dust and pollution around again. We didn't get the furnace filter changed but Luis gave us suggestions on how to replace the filter ourselves after checking it. Was looking into a company to clean out my dryer vent after the home inspector mentioned something about it needing to be cleaned. Quickly and easily set up an appointment through Yelp/phone. They were definitely on top of their communication because I was able to move my appointment time up a few days after they had an opening. Luis the technician was the one who completed the work, he was courteous and professional. Unfortunately I did not do my own research for my dryer vent and we discovered it just shot out the back (no bends or long runs), however he did clean it out as much as he could. I also appreciated his honesty about the amount charged to me after my mistake. The company was very helpful in working around certain issues - for example, my lack of a working furnace. Furnace fan is usually used to sanitize air ducts, but they have other options and can also clean without sanitizing, which I chose. They were also very good about working around me and my 4 cats. After the services, which went very smoothly, I got a detailed written report emailed to me about the details and conditions of the areas worked on. They removed oodles of dryer lint, but I never felt judged or criticized. They were very objective and professional. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say. I had an overall positive experience with this company. The technician was professional and personable and the same can be said about the scheduler. However, one vent cover was left loose and it looks like the drywall is crumbling at the screw entry point. This wasn't a noticeable issue before and could have certainly been hidden and now only noticeable because the cover was moved. That said, the technician should have brought this to my attention since he would have seen this when he returned the cover. read more

Joe and his team responded quickly to my Yelp request for Quote. They also had the best rate in town and finished the job in under an hour. They contacted me by text (as I requested) when they were on their way. They provide a 2 hour arrival timeframe and 4-6pm was very convenient for me during the week. They were stuck in traffic on the 15 freeway due to an accident and a member of their office team called me and apologized. Great communication, always keeping the customer in the loop even if it's unfortunate news (no fault of their own). They explained what they were going to do and first checked the roof access to the chimney. They ended up cleaning from below because the roof was not accessible. They laid a drop cloth down to cover the stone and white carpet, which I appreciated very much. I also asked them to repair any minor items that might need attention. They ended up resealing a crack in the refractory wall that was there from the previous owner. They told me that the chimney wasn't overly dirty and they didn't try to sell me anything, which gives me the confidence that they can be trusted in the future for my duct and vent cleaning. I was quoted about $155 to inspect and clean my chimney, which I learned was a deal after shopping around a bit. The inspector who arrived was knowledgeable and polite. He verified that everything is in working order. He took pictures of the outside of the chimney and later emailed them to me along with the receipt. Since my firebox was fairly clean, it did not need a cleaning and he was able to knock down the cost to $99. It turns out, the "dust bunnies" were actually part of the fire box set-up but had gotten out of place, and the inspector lit the gas to show me that they create a crackling glow effect. The inspector tidied up the "dust bunnies@ and all was well again. Shout out to my friends and family who said that "dust bunnies" should be cleared out and thrown away. You were wrong! Note that this inspection occurred in March but I saw that there was a 99 dollar deal in April, so it might be ongoing... read more
