One seemingly small detail that really impressed me: the technicians put shoe coverings on before walking through our home without my even having to ask. We have black granite floors that show practically every speck of dust and dirt, along with light-colored carpeting, so I really appreciated that level of conscientiousness and respect for our home. Bonus points from me for hygiene and cleanliness! During the second visit, they also performed a whole-house inspection and were proactive about letting us know about things we might want to keep an eye on or consider servicing in the future.
