Luckily they offered Saturday appointments too! The day of the appointment, two techs were punctual and courteous offering to cover their shoes as we don't wear shoes inside our home. I've used this company yearly since 2017 & have had nothing but praise for them, but sadly they've now lost a regular yearly customer. A few years ago when we had the dryer duct cleaned in our home, we were offered a deal of a locked in rate of $125 for dryer vent cleanings for 10 years if we did the service yearly, which we have done. Our last service was 12/29/20 for $125. We received their service reminder 12/29/21 for the yearly service & scheduled it for later this month, but they now want $180 for it & won't honor the $125 price. I even added 2 bathroom ceiling fan vent cleanings this year over last years service. They've always done good work, but I'm now looking elsewhere. read more

05/15/2020 Scheduling & Quote: So far so good. Via Yelp, I booked an appointment online to have only our Air Ducts cleaned. Rachel contacted us to confirm specifics regarding our service. She advised us even though we chose to only service Air Ducts, it's in our best interest to have our furnace cleaned as well. She waived the fee and kept the price the same since they offer the BOGO deal with any service, so we opted to apply it to have our furnace cleaned. What stood out was the price was good compared to sky high quotes we previously received. Also sorting thru the reviews, 99% are 5 stars. Just so I didn't assume, expressed the concern that the plastic used and foam is new for our job. She acknowledged reassuring us the best practices are used. 05/23/2020 The job: Jonny & Paul arrived at noon despite the noon-2pm arrival window. Excellent service from everyone at the company. I called today and due to a cancellation, they were able to get someone out here in 20 mins. Within mins, I received a text that Jonny was on the way and he showed up exactly on time. Half the battle right there. My dryer vent has an extra long run with several right angles and it *really* needed to be cleaned. Yuck. These guys were amazing.especially Jonny and Alex who came out to do the duct cleaning. From the first time that I called to set up an appointment until the time that they finished the job, they were professional, courteous , likable , easy to work with , and safety was a priority with Covid . And they found out what the problem was and fixed it which made a tremendous difference. No mold , but the rust snd dirt was disgusting in HVAC system So here's the story. My daughter noticed in her bedroom a musty smell and had burning in her eyes and the mustiness made her cough. We checked out to see if that was due to mold. Precision Mold said it was common outdoor mold. And it was suggested that we have the HVAC system cleaned, coils and ducts. HVAC system people found a crack and had to replace the whole system. But didn't find mold. Later that day Absolute Duct and Chimney Cleaning came out to clean the ducts and found the problem. Jonny said he smelled the same musty odor and had the burning in his eyes like my daughter reported. He said it was extremely dirty. But good news !! He said he got it all out and used the Benefect. Decon30 product that they use as a disinfectant. So afterwards it was fine and had no odor. The picture is ftom the hvac system and reportedly that's typical of very old units. Very impressed with this company. Originally only needed the chimney swept but during the cleaning the technician found some water damage to the crown and some brick damage on the chimney. They returned about ten days later (due to the Christmas/New Year holiday) and repaired all the damage. Very knowledgeable, polite and efficient techs and customer service. We just moved in to our new house and hooked up the dryer to what we thought was a newly cleaned dryer duct, but it blew out clouds and piles of lint all ove out yard and our neighbors'. We have never used this duct since it has been cleaned. When I turn on the dryer I can hear debris working it's way through the ducts. I can only imagine the HVAC ducts weren't fully cleaned either.
