They are extremely easy to work with & fun to get to know. This entire situation was challenging for me as I found it very hard to forgive myself, but seeing Tammy & Tim every month for two years, actually helped me feel like everything was going to be okay. Ignition Interlocks are very stressful and overwhelming, but with Able Interlock, you can avoid the additional stress this process would cause if you were to work with other, less personable companies (myself & a friend of mine have made that mistake before). I had multiple problems with my divice and come to find out, when I went to get installed with another company, Able interlock had messed up all of the wiring in my truck and the other company had to fix it. Tammy also discussed my personal business with her other clients. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would recommend going with a company who has experience in breathalyzers because Tammy only cares about her money and not her clients.

Waited nearly 7 hours while trying to purchase a truck. Paperwork came out and I luckily caught…read moredamage on the truck I wasn't informed of during the 7 hours prior. IMO, this was intentionally done to tire me out, in hopes I'd sign paperwork without thoroughly reading. My vehicle was taken away right off the bat so I'd feel obliged to purchase something. Went with a new truck and was told engine issues were resolved. Turns out that's not true. Was also told the truck wasn't the same as the damaged one I was looking at. That wasn't true either, it was the same model, trim, and features. Financing initially brought out a ridiculous rate. I could still hear them talking about the rate and saying they'd tell me that's as low as they could go (I had cash in hand and didn't need to finance). Of course, hearing them, I knew they could and got a lower rate. Needless to say, that's not a great experience and the tactic of wasting 7 hours of someone's time to exhaust them and drag them out to store closure is scummy. Lesson learned though, I'll walk out of any dealer trying that again. This is why places like Carmax are doing so well, it's a set price without feeling like you're dealing with a bunch of con artists. I'm not saying anything most dont already know. It's a good thing dealers have such a huge lobby and laws keeping them employed as middlemen inflating prices.
