Honestly I can't believe I lived with it like that for as long as I did. Hiring Vasyl / Leo Painters for this was definitely the right move. I've worked with Vasyl and his team once before (on a full house interior paint job), so I already knew I was in good hands. They did a better job than I expected was even possible in this bathroom - that had clearly seen decades of terrible paint jobs, and damage from steam, etc. Vasyl informed me of the correct and quality kind of paint to use for this job (I just gave him the color), in addition to pointing out the existing issues (that I hadn't realized). Three days after pressure-washing the house, they started prep work, taping the windows & around fixtures, removing the downspouts, scraping off old caulking, etc. The following day painting began. Due to some rain, the job was completed 1 day later than estimated, but they did what they could. The job took 1/2 day for pressure washing and 5 days to prep and paint. The crew was great, arriving early or on time each day and really working hard making sure they did everything properly. They even put back big potted plants that had to be moved, which I really appreciated. Jorge came by the work site each day to make sure things were going smoothly and answer any questions I had. There are a lot of painters out there, so choose carefully, choose A&I's Painting! I will hire them again for sure!

I reached out to A and I's Painting in the middle of a water damage repair - the first contractor (Premier Water Removal) had ghosted me after I tried to get them to finish repairing and painting the ceiling in my bedroom. Jorge, from A and I's, answered my request for bid and came out to scope the job the next day. He identified an issue that others had missed, which was necessary and would require the entire bedroom to be painted. This gained my trust and he promised he'd find a way to work me into their busy schedule. He did that and more. He prepped the room himself to reduce the time that the painters needed to fit into their schedule. The painting was done days later and it is flawless. There is no evidence, NONE, that a large hole was patched, textured and painted. The rest of the job was the same quality and this company was a pleasure to work with!

I have owned and had painted three other houses and this was the worst paint job I have ever seen in my life. My neighbors were appalled at the work. This was a $7000 job back in 2019. The owner didn't come and check on them. The project manager never came and checked on them. He finally sent out a guy who hand painted the entire house and who also was appalled at how this owner of this paint company was behaving. I told them I wanted a discount for not only the time I had to put in it, but because he broke his verbal agreement about having a project manager check often on the paint job. That is the only reason I hired this company, but he lied to me about that. I will never recommend this company. After the second guy came in handpainted the house. I approved it and he called the owner and the owner came out immediately, which he hadn't done before., Why because he wanted his money right now. I said I wanted money off and he said no and he's very tall and over me and threatened me and threatened to sue me and that I would have a letter from his lawyer the next morning. I said go ahead. I have pictures of everything. I've documented everything and I will sue you for not keeping your word and for three weeks of my time trying to deal with this company. They absolutely suck. A friend of mine who lives in Monroe where this company is told me that people in her neighborhood had hired them and their paint jobs were completely a mess. So do not hire this company. This owner is not a fair person and he is threatening and angry when you. Confront him. Never never ever use this company. When he came out that last time, I also tried to show him that they dripped paint all over my stamped concrete patio and he yelled at me no no no you can't start adding things on and I'm like what, your people did this and you need to correct it and he said no way it's too late. I hadn't even paid him yet.! Horrible company, horrible owner, workers just it on said they were done and it looked horrible. I have pictures of all the places they patched and it is the worst job I've ever seen. I can't see enough do not . I am still under my 10 year warranty and the patchwork is not looking good anymore so I'll be calling him soon to get his ass out here and fix it.
