No caulking, wood blemishes very visible. employees never reponded when ask to stop painting. One Sunday morning I came home with groceries, a person who was not speaking english, would not let me in gate. I was being told I cant come in yard. He had painted the door. (Not to be painted) I called Zackery, shared what was going on. He would be there right a way. Hours later he arrived, I Felt taken advantage of, Zackery had my money in his pocket & responding at his convenience only. Through this project removing copper, rushing through a job, no one checking in on job site, permanently nailing down eggresion windows & working on unplanned Sundays to paint? weekend paint days. When I discussed this, with Zackery, he was the same nightmare his companies work is. His response to me was "you have a contract & I will uphold you to that as a "BUSINESS MAN" should. Trying to locate him for mediation purposes? Had numerous addresses and several personal financial issues. Zackerys behavior about his clients is not favorable. They were wonderful with suggestions when asked about colors, knew exactly how to apply the paint to our many different surfaces, and, when done, went back to touch up and clean up. I came home from work and found my house exactly as it was prior to them showing up with the exception of a better looking exterior!
