My husband and I went in for haircuts! We saw Lana. She was wonderful! She managed both of our haircuts with no problem!. (There were times where we have gone places where they can manage one cut but not the other) Lana got us in and out quickly! We got full service cuts (wash, cut and blow-out) in less than 3 hours for the two of us. Lana is comfortable to be around and our appointment was more like seeing a friend who happens to.cut hair! I've been salon in the passed . This salon is the far worst experience I've ever had in all of 13 years of getting my Hair done. The stylist was Christina Sorensen. I let her know I wanted highlights. she highlighted the whole top section with all partial highlight. That I didn't ask for. When upon finishing i heard her gasp and that when I knew something was wrong. she finished my hair and told me to not wash my hair for 3 days. I proceeded to trust her. When I went to wash my hair and dried my hair I noticed that the whole center of my top section was broken off. I has cause me so much emotional distress. I went back to the salon to get a refund and address the damage the stylist cause. She refused to give me my refund. Told me oh well sorry I don't do refunds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS SALON!!!! WORST WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD!!!!!!! read more

Courtney is overhyped she has decent social skills but is not good at her job. I asked for a balayage and she instead made an ombré without my permission. When I told her this is not what I'm asked for, she immediately blamed my hair. "Your hair was too dark for balayage and ombré is same technique". If she didn't know how to handle certain race hair, don't even take the job at first place. I didn't wanna make a big deal out of it. I'm still upset about how she damaged and messed up my hair. My daughter and I both had a great experience here. When I initially called, Kim answered and was so sweet and helpful. We were able to get same day appointments--she was very accommodating and worked with our schedule. We saw Christina, who was AMAZING! We got shampooed, trimmed with blow dry and style. She was so gentle and warm with my 8 year old and did a FANTASTIC job on both of us. Definitely recommend both the salon and of course, Christina. read more

Worst hair salon ever. I went here to get my hair done however they ruined my hair and didn't even use the right colors. They charged me 200$ for something I could've done at home. When I told them I am not happy with the color then I heard excuses and then they promised that they would fix it in a few days and when i returned they told me they can't do anything. This post has nothing to do with some amazing hairdressers and stylists working at the facility. But has everything to do with one sub par interaction that left me shaky. Today My one year old son was caught into his first nasty, with a touch of undeniable, racism encounter...his playful self was laughing too hard and too loud for one client. While being under the dryer, an hairdresser came at the request of her client to make my son STOP being too loud, it bothered her (never mind that we were all subjects to their idiotic loud negative, gossipy conversations for over 15mn), I looked at my laughing baby and was puzzled, I told the hairdresser that he was only one year old (i was playing cars with him), the client would be ok (I knew I was almost done with the dryer and would leave soon), As I was under the dryer, i did not catch the nasty comment that followed, but my hairdresser and her clients did. It escalated fast once I realized how nasty that particular client actually was...an embolden aging, mean spirited white woman. To hear a kid play too hard for over 10 mn seems to be too much for some I get it, however the nasty behavior following was a sad reminder of our current political climate, and had nothing to do with a laughing baby, no one in the salon was supporting this odd couple (client and hairdresser). Although I am proud to say that my hairdresser (RayLen, fast, reliable, actual master stylist) stood up, not only for me and my son, she also stood up for herself and for this divided nation(and she does not have any children of her own, amazing) The client was first to use vulgar wordings, to which I responded she should not use such language in front of a child. (that goes to tell you where she stood in terms of moral) My Incredible hairdresser RayLen, came out of nowhere, stood up for us and moved us to another section with the quiet assistance of the front desk representative. The other hairdresser and her client were nasty enough to symbolically close my door (knowing that the walls are not encased to the ceiling, which means that noise still carry on) At first I have to admit, I was confused with the request of the idiotic customer..and even more with the hairdresser who agreed to carry on the nonesense message -to shut down a happy baby was for the least weird. But once I saw the eyes of the client, I could not refrain myself from calling her sad pitiful woman. Nothing about this situation felt or is right. If At first I felt sorry for Susie Tamras, the hairdresser, I do not any longer, this kind of passive and supportive behavior is what emboldens this fringe minority of the population. All money is not good money, we make choices however difficult...even if this one was not to me... She had many options 1-tell her client that it would be over soon, 10mn top, or 2- ask my hairdresser if it would be ok to move me further. she chose to ask me to shut my happy baby (have you tried to shut a baby boy up?). I am understandably upset, more so by the action of the hairdresser than the silly ignorant woman. As a 24 years military spouse, a small business owner and Mother , I have never seen such display of lack of courage, hypocrisy and cowardice. And yes, I do get that most of us want quiet when getting our beauty on...however that wretched woman wanted to spread her negative vibes and shadows among us all, and did not care about what came out of her mouth, If not she like me and most of us would have been quietly enjoying her services, instead of gossiping for all our ears, and like most could have been laughing at the contagious ability that kid have to bring you into the light. Even if it was for 10-20mn. Nasty behavior should never be rewarded, and shame on Susie Tamras supposedly master stylist for not standing up or at least for standing down. I am hoping that this message will make salons address one way or another different ways to equally and respectfully resolve small and big issues. read more

I would highly recommend Megan B. for highlights. She does an amazing job. I think they need to work on the front office staff. The blonde lady at the front desk that collects payment is extremely rude. I'm still contemplating going back, just based on my experience with this lady. I don't think the hair stylists should hang out at the front when they are not busy, it doesn't look professional. The young gentlemen that cleans that salon was nonstop cleaning, he sure does a great job. I went to posare to get an updo for my granddaughters wedding. I was taken care of by Rosa . She did such a great job at a fair price. Everyone at the wedding even my granddaughter said they wish they'd gone to her! I went back a week later to get my hair styled. It's like a one stop shop. From hair, eyebrows, face and nails. I had the worst experience at this salon . I'm never the type to leave to a bad review since I work in the industry as well but I was very unpleased with my experience. First of all as I got there my hair stylist Miranda didn't show up at 1 which I found very unprofessional. She did not bother saying sorry or anything for waiting and even started talking to others .anyways I was excited for a new change for my hair from going dark brown to a light brown balayage keep in mind I havnt dyed my hair with hair color since a year ago. We had agreed a different price before going in tht day and changed after my hair was " done ". I knew my hair was not going to look blonde at the end but I was definitely not expecting to end with uneven brown /red/orange color hair . I was not happy with my hair keep in mind I. Did pay 260$ for this service . She didn't even bother taking a picture of my hair after it was done which I already knew something was not okay .
