My experience at Posare Salon was extremely disappointing. As a Black woman, I left feeling disrespected and treated differently, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Bliss, the nail manicurist, and Tiffany, the receptionist, handled my concerns in a way that I found unprofessional and dismissive. I felt that I was given inconsistent information about my deposit, and I had to push to have my deposit refunded. The entire situation left me feeling frustrated and as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of making me feel like a valued customer, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. The way my concerns were handled caused me to lose confidence in the salon's professionalism and customer service. I cannot recommend Pasari Salon based on my experience. I hope management addresses these concerns, reviews how customers are treated, and ensures that everyone is treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism. Tuesday came and I texted you again, did not hear from you until about 1.5/2 hours before your appointment but instead of reaching out to me you reached out to the salon. The salon has no control over my business, or how I run things. I am my own business owner. I just pay them rent. The receptionist is the kindest, sweetest, most loving person I have ever met and I will not tolerate anyone speaking to her any way but kindly. You are a grown woman and you are responsible to communicate with me about your appointment. You had every opportunity, considering that the text message I sent you was shown as READ. Blaming my receptionist and treating her unkindly is very immature for someone your age, and I would suggest some self reflection. I chose to cancel your appointment because of the multiple red flags on your part - coming the wrong day a week before, not communicating after reading my text on Sunday, and then not responding on Tuesday to my second follow up text, and then reaching out to the salon instead of me. I chose my own peace when I cancelled your appointment, because I do not believe you are the kind of person I want sitting in my chair. And this is MY business, not a walk in salon, so I choose who comes and gets to sit in my chair. Your money will be refunded but because I had already cancelled your appointment and deposits are non refundable my booking app is going to take longer processing it than usual because I had already opted to not refund it. I had to call customer care and ask them to refund it manually. Now I ask you one last time, please leave my salon receptionist alone. I was in dire need of a partial foil and was referred to Alison P. By one of my co workers who has been seeing her for 10 years. Since her hair looks good I figured I'd give Alison a try. The salon was farther from my home than I'd normally go for a hair appointment but I must say that Alison was totally worth the drive. The salon was very busy even at 9am on a Saturday but i was met by Alison right away with no wait. I'm a little particular about my color and style but Alison was great with listening to what i wanted and making that happen. I'll add photos but please know that they don't do the actual color any justice. She was very personable and the time seemed to fly by even though I was there for about 2 hours. An added bonus is that there's a Dunkin Donuts in the same plaza so on the way out I grabbed a large iced tea to enjoy on my journey home. read more

Came here as a walk in on a Sunday afternoon after frantically trying to find a place last minute before my wedding. I had originally went to the Posara Salon on Ann road, which they only had 1 nail person who was booked the whole day. They referred me to the one on Craig road and even called to make me an appointment. The second location is 10 min away from the first location. Walked in and Mike was able to see me almost immediately. NGL prices were super steep: for manicure (acrylic) and spa pedicure he was going to charge me 100$+ dollars. When I was quoted at the other location, they told me 80$ which is still pretty expensive. However, mike was able to work with me on the price and said he would give it to me for what the other location said. The whole process took about an hour. Mike did a great job with the acryllic, shaped them to how i wanted on my Pintrest page. NGL, the first time he did my nails in regular nail polish because he didnt have the pink nude that I wanted. I went home and the nail polished looked like it was dripping off my nails (which he warned me would happen). BUT he went out of his way to get my the color I wanted in gel with the rhinestone I wanted and I made another appointment with him 2 days later to fix it. The spa pedicure was ok. Wish I had my feet scrubbed longer and massaged a little bit like how i used to. I will say that it is now 5 weeks later and my nail polish on my toes is still on, NOT A SINGLE CHIP. IDK how he did that! The acrylic nails started to chip and fall off within 1.5 weeks of me getting it. (Im not even sure how long they are supposed to last) There was no way I was gonna pay for him to remove the acyllic nails so I painstakingly googled every way on Youtube to remove them. Mike was great. He did a fantastic job and the nails looked great for my wedding. Just wished he was a little cheaper so I could afford to get this done more often. Thanks Mike! read more

Turns out this place does everything- from tanning, to waxing, to hair, to nails, etc etc. All the technicians seem to have their own workspace and they all schedule their own appointments. Since this wasn't a dedicated nail salon I was a little disappointed in the selection of gel colors. She didn't have the big rack displays of polishes to pick from. I just had to tell her a color and she pulled out bottles from her drawers for me to pick. I requested pink with sparkles and she only had ONE kind... so that's the one I went with. Overall the technician was nice and I got a good manicure, however if you want a wider selection then just go to your normal neighborhood nail salon. However Posare seems to be your one stop shop for all your cosmetic beauty needs which is convenient. read more

I've never been to this salon before but my hairdresser Vanessa moved to this location. Vanessa did an amazing job!!! I love my new ombré hair do I've been wanting to do ombré for a while now but really wanted to go to someone I trust. I told her what I wanted and she did a fantastic job!!She makes you feel at ease, makes sure you are comfortable and also asks if you need water or coffee. I went in a week ago with my cousin to get our nails done. While doing my nails the lady kept cutting with with the drill and when I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted she proceeded to put silver instead of the gold they had. My nails were so uneven she just cut them didn't even ask how long I wanted. They were lumpy looked like complete crap and fell off within a week. My cousin got a gel manicure hers were falling off the same day and we're pretty much gone that week. The lady rushed through our nails. And then got up and left the moment she finished.
