Katie gives the best pedicures I ever had. Definitely choose the delux package - the sugar scrub…read moreand the mask and the hot towel wrap were sooooo soothing and great. Attitudes is my new favorite place to get my toes looking cute, and their services gift cards are my new favorite go-to gift for friends and family! I bought my mom a gift card for Mother's Day, and Katie worked both of us in quickly for side by side pedicures. My mom has vericose veins and hammer toes and a few things that make her embarrassed to have anyone handle her feet - Katie was so gentle and did not allow my mom to feel self conscious at all. She is still talking about the treatment weeks later. Can't wait for our next visit!

I would go elsewhere for a spa pedicure. I should have looked into this more before booking, but…read morethe places where hair stylists also do pedicures are usually not very good. Stick with a day spa or other place where there are designated nail people. The person who did the pedicure was very nice, but the polish was not applied correctly and there was minimal filing. I was left with oil all over my legs. And I don't think I have ever been to a place that cuts the cuticles. It increases risk of infection and they should ask beforehand, even if they choose to do it. The website explicitly says that cuticles are pushed back. Cuticle work was not great in other spots. One and done.

I'd give this place no stars. I've talked to lawyers and will be headed there this week when I have…read moretime to after work. I had old self tanner on because I was waiting to do an exfoliating shower Tuesday (went on Sunday) because it takes a day to rest before adding it back on and I have an event on Friday. I got a pedicure only. I told her French tip. That's not problem here. She noticed my spray tan and used the tough exfoliating stone that's meant to remove the callouses off the BOTTOM of your feet and dead skin, on the top of my feet, ankle and toes in attempt to remove the tan. It was so painful, I asked her to stop. I don't think she understood me because she laughed and started on the other foot before I asked her to stop again and she did. The foot she started on and had more time on before I asked her to stop, was red, raw and on fire. I knew it was too late and it wasn't going to be good. I have social anxiety and do not like getting my nails done, but I did because I have an event starting Friday, lasting all weekend I needed them done for. So imagine how awful it was to sit through this and not be listened to. The lady was very rough on my toes when buffering and cutting my cuticles. That hurt too. The whole experience was painful. I took videos of it while it was happening because I wanted proof of the situation because I had a strong feeling of the outcome! I also took pictures of the feet after when getting in the car, the next day and today. They were scratched and so painful it was hard to sleep! Now today, they are fully scabbed up and my toe is infected in the nail bed on top of everything else she caused!!!! Meaning dirty bowls or instruments!!! I am so upset. I haven't had my toes done since I was 20 years old. I'm 30 now, because I always have such bad experiences with these shops. I could tell they were snickering about me the whole time. So now for my event I am wearing heels for, I will have scratched ankles and my spray tan won't sit right on the scabs! I got my eyebrows done as well because everything else was closed on Sunday. They were okay, but done in less than 5 minutes and lots of wax left over. Just an all round horrible horrible experience. If it's not the raw feet, or left over wax on my face, please at least consider staying away after knowing i caught an infection! I will attach pictures and video of my experience. They will be hearing from my lawyer. But I want to warn others!

He was irritated the moment he say down and you could tell he didn't want to do them. They are all different sizes. They have been lifting at my cuticle since the day I got them done. I had to come home file them again for at least 35/40 mins. He was irritated when I asked if he could at least get the nail polish on the entire nail. The woman who does acrylics did my sisters and she was amazing. But I would not allow the guy do your nails if you don't want to have them redone in three days. Absolutely HORRIBLE!
