He is a good stylist and Debbie is really good with color, but Duane gets angry too easy and does not think before he judges and God forbid, says things he cannot take back. Also they push their special products and make you feel horrible if you do not buy what they are pushing. On top of that, they did not have what I needed in stock and they sold me a product that was not the strength that I need it for my hair type. In other words. I feel like they would do anything just to make a sale. When I expressed my opinion that the product did not get good reviews, Debbie got defensive. Two years ago Duane told me that I did not have enough money to come to them and then later on he thought about it and he apologized. But now we go through the same thing again only this time I don't think he's going to mend his ways. If you can handle his high strung temperament this place might be just fine for you.
