This Costco resembles every other Costco I've entered, in several states. Navigating inside will require familiarizing with the locations of the items you want. Once that's established, there are few changes of concern. The website details contents, should you wish to plan ahead. Parking is a large lot. Expect a bit of a walk unless you're early or fortunate. The staff deserve mention as they have always been very helpful and accommodating. This is a quality that adds to the discounted items. They have a wide selection of products, from TVs to food, with a drug store as well. One can buy tires there, sheds, clothing... check the website. Do note that you'll likely need a couple of shopping trips to justify the membership cost. If you have a large household full of people, the value is easily achieved. Checkout will be a longer wait at peak hours. We definitely will return.

Store was well stocked with everything we were looking for. The self checkout worked well but still wish Sam's Club (and Walmart) offered NFC payment options.

The cashier ( Kendra) instructed me to empty my cart so all of my items could be scanned. After…read morescanning everything and completing my payment, the cashier walked away without placing my purchases back into my cart or offering any assistance. She did not say a word before leaving, nor did she thank me or acknowledge that the transaction was complete. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and lacking the basic courtesy and customer service I expect. Since I was asked to unload my entire cart, I believe it would have been appropriate for the cashier to either help return my items to the cart or at least communicate that the transaction was finished before walking away. I understand that employees may be busy, but every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that additional customer service training is provided so other members do not have a similar experience. I spoke to a manager (Greg) as well to address my concerns, and doesn't seems to care, i have been told by Greg to call the next day and speak to the store manager (Christy).
