We have bought many things here over the years. They stock hard to find items and have made custom panels for us.

After 25+ years of using the same Wilson tennis racket, I was finally convinced to hang up that old…read moreracket and try some new ones. I've come to this location before when it was Pete Martin to get my racket restrung and I remembered they had a good selection of rackets. So off to this location I go. When I walked in, I was greeted by Tony. I told him the type of racket I had and he suggested the Wilson Blade. And luckily for me, they had one I could demo. I did come back to demo another racket and this time was greeted by Gee. She suggested I demo the Yonex Percept 97 or the Babalot Pure Drive. I tried out the Yonex racket. In the end, I went with what I was used to. Had to go Wilson. Lol. There demo program is pretty cool. If I remember it correctly, It's $20 to demo a racket for 5 days. And in those 5 days you can come back and demo other rackets that they have. If you decide to purchase a racket at the end of the 5 days, they will deduct $20 from the price of the racket. Service: Everyone was really friendly. Love how this is a family run business. Parking: Never had an issue finding parking. I did pass the parking lot the first time I rolled here though. Lol. Will I be back? Of course! Definitely will come back if I need to get my racket restrung. I'm also looking to get a second Wilson Blade. So I'll see you soon Peninsula and Tennis Pickleball Pro Shop!

I've been going to this Big 5 ever since I was a kid and teenager, even before the mall got…read moreremodeled. It used to be at a different area in The Southbay Pavillion when it used to be called The Carson Mall; and it was a bigger building too! This building that it's in, is wayyyy smaller, but they still have the products you need for sports, shooting, fitness, etc.. It's still always awesome getting their random coupons in the mail. Even if you saw something for sale and you forgot your coupon; the workers here are nice enough to give it to you for the sale price, as long as you're not lying and if the sale's still going on. It's pretty clean and well-organized inside, along with great workers who give their customers full attention. I sure do miss seeing Neelam working at this store! She was super cool and had great customer service! Same with the lady with the reddish hair and glasses, who likes watching wrestling! All in all; this Big 5 gets a BIG 5 STARS from me because it's just phenomenal after so many years; plus... you can't go wrong with the huge parking and the fact that it's in a mall.

Came in here to browse as I have an upcoming surf/camping trip this weekend…read more Well, I love supporting brick and water places, which is why was trying to give this location of shot and set up ordering from Amazon I was racially profiled. Upon leaving the store, I noticed the cashier ( the young lady with the glasses and ponytail ) had moved from her normal station so that she could get a better look at what I was doing/ making sure I wasn't stealing. Wild . One star .
