Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. They sealed off the kitchen to contain dust, cleaned up daily, and finished everything within a week as promised. Workmanship was really good. I thought about DIY-ing this project but I'm so glad I didn't. They brought sample boards during the estimate process so I could actually see the finish before committing, and they even accommodated my last-minute color change with no issues. I also asked to switch my knobs to pulls and they took care of it. Everything included/excluded was clearly explained before the project started, so there were no surprises. Not the cheapest in town, but definitely worth it.

There were lots of different folks required (each expert) at their own area for the above work, but I did feel like they each knew what the other was doing and I was kept up to date by either the owners or my service rep. I also like that they are a small business - I felt my project was important to them even though it was not the "biggest" (especially since I broke it into 2 phases for my own budget planning). I'm VERY happy with my updated kitchen and would work with them again.

The good news is they fixed all the problems ... well, mostly. The bad news is that there were just so many problems, causing endless delays. Staff was not available; planning was improvised and sloppy (requiring work to be redone again and again); work quality was indifferent. In the end I had to finish the clean-up, and I'm still fishing loose steel screws out of the cabinet shelves. Delays turned the promised 3-day job into 8 working days spread over two weeks, leaving us with no kitchen and a house mess for much longer than we planned. In the end, we got our kitchen cabinets resurfaced, and it looks fine. But what a frustrating, amateur road we travelled to get there. Cannot recommend this outfit.

They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

Over the years, we have worked closely with Luis, and a few qualities have consistently stood out: he is always punctual, offers fair pricing, and delivers remarkable results. This time, we decided to move forward with a project Luis recommended: refinishing one of the wood laminate kitchen countertops in our rental unit. Initially, I expected the result to look like a simple repaint, especially considering how worn and faded the laminate surface had become. However, once I saw the finished work, I could hardly believe my eyes. It genuinely looked as though we had replaced the countertop with granite. The finish appeared solid, durable, and waterproof. Luis and his team did an outstanding job. I was truly blown away by both the quality of the workmanship and the final result. I only wish I had taken before-and-after photos, but judging by the many client photos already available, you can clearly see the level of quality they consistently deliver. When he did the job, he gave us honest feedback on why a few things we wanted to do wouldn't turn out well. He offered to do it anyways if we wanted but advised against it. And he was so right. The final product was perfect for our space and we'll executed. He and his crew did a great job. They were there daily, without having to chase him down. He supervised them. Originally I called him last month to regrout outdoor stairs tile. In the course of removing the…read moregrout , he said that the underlayment was water damaged and he removed 5 treads of tile to explore and possibly replace the undergarment. It was water damaged, and the risers and the treads had to be replaced. However, he "doesn't do wood "so I had to engage someone else to replace the plywood on the risers and the treads, which I did. He returned and we went jointly to Dahl tile to have me buy some Triton water board and some red guard for waterproofing. He wanted me to use a Schluter metal edge guard as opposed to replicating the original 45° mitered edge where the riser tile and the tread tile come together in a grouted joint. That design change ( which is easier on the installer) would result in a metal half inch rim /strip running across the top of all the stairs risers . I have quite a bit of this tile inside and outside my house and it's all done in that tile edge to tile edge fashion without an intervening and visible metal strip He said he's unable to adjust his tile saw to that 45 degree angle and was not gonna be able to apply the tile in the original angled edge to angled edge configuration withOUT the Schluter edge. I asked him why he's telling me after he had removed the tile and a visit to the Dahl tile that he could not install the tile in the original configuration . He became annoyed and agitated and essentially walked off from the job site at 10am with the removed tile and 5 buckets of trash and a stack of unused triton board that I had paid for (that he did not fully install ) .,,,, just sitting there on my patio I never heard from him again. I never had anybody walk off a job site like that , especially after getting that deep into the job. Maybe he is good with grout repair ... Doubt I will ever know .
