I called him and he mailed me a receipt a week later. Then 2 weeks later the first time I went over 45MPH (I mainly stay close to home) my husband, daughter and I noticed that makes a whooshing noise. On Interstate 95 doing 70MPH it was loud and scary. I called him back and asked him to check it...He asked me if I was sure it was coming from the windshield...DUH! He also said it could be caused by my dashboard. I've had this vehicle since 2005 and never had these noises. He told me he would come back the following week to check it. I asked him if he could bring a copy of the warranty that he said he had. He said NO. He said that it had a lifetime warranty guaranteeing against any problems except for those beyond his control such as a rock coming up from the road and hitting it. I asked him to put that in writing since he didn't have it in writing. He refused. I asked him if I wrote that on the back of my receipt if he would at least initial it. HE REUSED and got beligerant. He again said that his word for the lifetime warranty should be enough. FOLKS...we all know what any sane person would say...get it in writing or you have NO warranty. He asked me if still wanted him to come out and I said yes. The next day my husband's care broke down and had to be towed to the repair shop. Since my vehicle would not be here the rest of the week, called him, office and cell phone and no answer and left a message on the office number asking him to change the date to come back to next week. I asked him to call me back and let me know if that fits his schedule. I have not heard from him since and don't know if my 'warranty' will be honored or not. I now wish I had spent $30 more and gotten my windshield from someone who had review and a written warranty right on their website. RUN and go SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My first call to a National company resulted in being quoted a repair time of next Tuesday. I decided to see if I could get this repair sooner so I contacted Ace.
