Max... not only was he professional, but a very friendly guy! First off, he answered my questions/emails promptly. The answers were detailed and I had no further questions. We set an appointment for 2 days after the initial email. He sent me a text the morning of the appt. He arrived minutes before the scheduled time , and we spent the entire visit talking about Hip Hop!! He worked so efficiently and kept great conversation with me. Max is the best! My GF and I just moved apartments and brought her AC along with us. With it supposed to be getting hot next week, she wanted it installed ASAP so I took to yelp to see about who could install it in the window since I'm not handy at all. After reaching out to a few different ones, Max offered the best price and was also able to get out the next morning to do it. He was very professional, showing up a few minutes before 9, I'm big on promptness, and had the support bracket and AC unit all installed and finished in about half an hour. I contacted this company based upon reviews I saw and because the original installers had dropped the ball and I needed installation done this holiday weekend. Max called me back and we arranged for a Monday installation. However, much to my surprise and delight he called on Sunday saying he could install then if I wanted. I found Max to be a personable and knowledgeable young man who went about the removal of my old air conditioner and installation of my new in no time. Have used this service in all my moves within NYC and have referred him to multiple friends. Great service, responsive, very thorough, professional and accommodating. He's great at making recommendations for AC size and whether or not you need plexiglass/etc. to hold the unit in place. Super thorough with the job as well - makes sure all trash is picked up and tossed, seals all cracks and creases, and doubles check to make sure unit is working. Short version of our review: We should have hired this guy years ago. Slightly longer version: Max was in our apartment just three hours after we initially emailed him. He installed two ACs for us, both of which he had to lug up from our building's basement two flights below us.
