I had issues with my AC in February although they were unable to service as it wasn't in their wheelhouse, Max the manager was honest and straightforward. I got quotes from others up to 400 dollars when my only issue was the outside temperature and Max very quickly suggested I wait to get it serviced until the temperature warmed up. I had Max come in and remove two window AC units and prepare them for storage for the winter. He did great work, including cleaning my units' filters, wrapping the cables and using foam to protect the prongs of the cables. He worked efficiently while I was on a call and managed all the work around the junk in my very messy apartment. Max recently installed 2 window ACs for me - one large and one small. His work and service were beyond excellent! He offered to remove his shoes before I could even ask and he thoroughly cleaned up his workspace after installing both units. The larger AC was a bit beat up from two long distance moves and extended storage time, but Max patched the internal dings up and replaced the side curtain panels with a new pair that I reordered for my unit at ahead of time at no extra charge. He also provided great user advice that I would have otherwise ignored- like how often to clean the filters and make sure to purchase a specific window air conditioner extension cord (who knew those existed!). He was very polite, funny, and informative and taught me how to take care of the AC. AC in NYC was a lifesaver. We got a recommendation from a friend to use him when we moved into a 3rd story apartment not outfitted properly for window ac units. He got back to us right away and came over to install our first unit within a day. He was fast, explained everything to us, and charged a very reasonable price. He then gave us recommendations on cooling the rest of our apartment and we set up a second installation.
