Unfortunately, they don't sell parts at Home Depot so we had to suffer without air. We called around 8 pm thinking we were going to get an answering service but Joe (the owner) picked up the phone. We explained what happened and set up a time for 11 am the next day. I got a call from Joe the morning asking if he could come by earlier because it was supposed to rain in the afternoon and if it rained, he wouldn't be able to work on our unit. Of course I told him yes. He's very thorough and explains what needed to be replaced and even gave us a tip on monthly maintenance so that our unit will last longer.
