It's way cute but w only a single bay operating at the time of this review (definitely advertising HELP WANTED with a banner in front). A few weird things of note. The car in front of me (younger female in a Mustang) received window cleaning all around. That caught my attention because I've never seen Valvoline clean windows. When it was my turn however, they weren't thinking about reaching for the squeegee until I said "what about my windows?" At which point one of them sprayed some Windex on my windshield and pushed it around a little. My windshield may actually have been cleaner before he did that. Lol. Another major difference is I had to special request them to put air in my tires. That has absolutely been an automatic step at every other Valvoline I've been to. Is this an express vs full-service difference? Who's to say? And the third big difference was that at check out when I asked if they had any promotions or special discounts I could utilize, I was told "ladies day was yesterday." In my experience there is always a discount even if it's $7 off or 10% or something to be given when asked. Chuck Dick, the operations manager on duty, was cordial and knowledgeable, but seemed a little distracted with the customer / former employee in line behind me. I'm not saying the service was terrible, I am saying it could certainly have been better.

I asked them specifically what price oil changes they had. They said a $50 one and a $80 one. I asked what the $50 one was and they said 0W 20 full synthetic. I said let's do it knowing full well that's what my car takes and that's what I have been changing my own oil with for the last three years. As soon as I got around to the bay, they looked at my car and said we can only do the $80 one because blah blah blah blah. Well you just lied and just lost a customer . Will, the manager said no problem it would be a wait before they got to me. The wait wasnt long at all (45 mins) before my truck was driven into the garage bay. When the tire install was nearly finished they noticed the white lettering on the tires was showing outwards when I had asked for it to be showing inward. They advised my of their error and said they were adding more staff to the job so my wait time would be mitigated. When it came to calculating the bill, Will gave me a generous amount off the total bill for the longer wait time. I never asked or suggested a discount but they were kind enough to offer it. The entire crew there is very nice and informative and one employee (Mike I believe, Im bad a names and my apologies if I have the name wrong) shared stories about our older Toyota trucks. If you wait for your vehicle the lobby is very comfortable with lots of amenities including an arcade table! They use a program that texts you updates about your vehicle with pictures, service recommendations, etc. You can use that to approve or deny additional service but they are always happy to talk you through options as well. They are realistic and I never feel taken advantage of as I have at other shops. The prices are very competitive for the area and they offer AAA discounts.

Once I used my parking brake I realized it wasn't set properly so I called and asked if they could fix it for me, which they told me to bring it in. When I picked it up they said it was fixed in a not pleasant way(acting like it was my fault they set it wrong) fast forward to a few weeks later my truck started making a bad squeaking sound coming from my brakes. I decided to take it to another mechanic, where they told me a spring had popped out from my emergency brake and the cause is it not being set properly. It's disappointing that the first mistake was not fixed properly, which resulted in another problem and more Money being spent on something that didn't even need to be fixed to begin with.
