There's no waiting room, so you do have to drop off the car & head elsewhere to wait. I had a scheduled maintenance done, and it was ready before the end of day. Will, the manager said no problem it would be a wait before they got to me. The wait wasnt long at all (45 mins) before my truck was driven into the garage bay. When the tire install was nearly finished they noticed the white lettering on the tires was showing outwards when I had asked for it to be showing inward. They advised my of their error and said they were adding more staff to the job so my wait time would be mitigated. When it came to calculating the bill, Will gave me a generous amount off the total bill for the longer wait time. I never asked or suggested a discount but they were kind enough to offer it. The entire crew there is very nice and informative and one employee (Mike I believe, Im bad a names and my apologies if I have the name wrong) shared stories about our older Toyota trucks. Wonderful customer service over the phone, a noticeable smile in her voice scheduling my oil change was in contrast to the 1st place I called (the "not Firestone" one) and it actually just got better from there. All told, they had me in and out in under an hour. Walking in, I noted a clean, cheery, comfortable lobby and desks. Front staff, Trinity & Emily, are courteous, delightful, professional and knowledgeable. They made the wait less of a drudgery with sprinkles of friendly conversation. I overheard them greet a handful of other customers during my wait and these great qualities were consistent throughout each interaction with the public. My work truck got the oil change and tire rotation it needed. It's a fleet vehicle so I can't speak to value per se (company pays) but everything else is 10/10. Of significance, the employees were actively removing the "six foot social distancing" stickers from the floor while I was there: That marks the end of an era perhaps, but the start of this being my go-to for my fleet vehicle service.

I believe they took advantage of my situation due to having to have the car towed there. They charged me $923 to fix two lines of my brakes. They did not replace them. Just cut it in four places and put unions. They charged me over $700 alone in labor for this. They then threw on a "shop supply" fee of $70 at the end. I had to call them and get it off. To quote someone then add another $70 to that quote for a "shop supply" fee is unethical. I've taken my car to several dealerships and mechanics and have never had this happen. If you want fast service this is the place. Just be prepared to put down a decent amount of money for fast and easy work.
