I went into letting them know that I had paid with Apple Pay, and I asked how the returns work for that, and it was insane from there. The girl training in the front was very kind and patient. However when she called the assistant manager for help, the assistant manager was giving me some weird looks like she was annoyed and or suspicious or something. I asked if there was an alternative in refunding my money, like if she could do cash. I asked if she could seek further info on a return for Apple Pay, she was very very annoyed. She told me there was nothing they could do and I had to plead with her and ask her to pls call someone above her to ask for details as I was leaving the city of Fort Worth to Houston and i am a paramedic (don't wear scrubs) so store credit was not of use for me. I wanted to make sure the money would be refunded into. Y bank account. It was like pulling teeth, she refused to give me the number to corporate, she refused initially to contact someone above her before she actually did. She refused to give me her name, she told me that " I needed to learn to listen", and she ignored me when I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. I want to note.. that there is nothing wrong with not knowing how to do something, but being in a leader position, you would think that she would know to call the next person in the chain of command to ask for further help/guidance. She made it such a complicated process, and had such a bad attitude the entire time, it felt like high school and clearly a bad example to the trainee and also very unprofessional. Never going to this location if I ever need scrubs again.

He Was in a an awful mood, seemed angry. Zero customer service skills. Whenever I would ask a question he would start off by saying "Like I said". She was kind enough to let me know the nurses week sale was coming and offered to hold my purchases so I could save 25%. I was buying a lot! So I purchased what would get me by and they held the rest. I went back today and picked up my hold. She remembered me and greeted me kindly. Selection is great! They have plenty of brands and colors so you can find what you need and what feels comfortable. When checking out they tossed in some canvas bags in different sizes. There is no shortage of tactical clothing that will make work in the field a lot easier. The selection of clothing is for male and female, and the clothing is very well made, too. Plus, there is a nice selection of boots in the back for both sexes. What I thought was unique was the caps that featured a Velcro loop circle on the front, and you could buy a variety of different patches with Velcro on the back in order to place on the cap you choose. This way you can buy one hat and several interchangeable patches. Pretty nifty! A plus is that they also sell Black Rifle Coffee! WooHoo! The people on the sales floor were happy and helpful, too. They seemed to like their job, which equates to a good company in my opinion. So, all you FBI, police, fire, EMT, and other peeps like that, what are you waiting for?
