We walked into this charming café in the afternoon, just before closing. I asked for their most popular cheesecake, and I was lucky enough to meet Laura, the owner. She kindly guided us to the best choices and even suggested the most cost-effective way to sample a variety of flavors. And the cheesecake? Absolutely the best I've ever tasted--rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. When she learned we still had a two-hour drive home, she thoughtfully packed our cheesecake with ice packs and even included extra samples for us to enjoy later. The service was outstanding. The young lady who helped us welcomed us with a smile and never stopped smiling and engaging with us while we were dummies and asked all sorts of questions.
