I want to start off by saying that Acai Joint offers an unlimited topping option AND an option to choose more than one base. How awesome is that?! They currently have 3 different bases to choose from and that is Acai, Pitaya, and their newest addition Mystic Berry (strawberry). I usually go for half Acai and half Mystic berry! For a sweet tooth like me the tarte flavor of Acai pairs perfect with the sweet Mystic Berry. I go for the matcha chia pudding instead of original since matcha has many nutritional benefits and i choose all the fruits available. There are plenty of options for granola, vegan ones included. At the dry topping section they offer lots of nuts, seeds, dried berries, nut butters, and more natural sweeteners such as honey and agave. It's awesome how Acai Joint offers so many superfood ingredients. This is the place to stop by for a healthy, filling, and delicious treat! As for seating they have 6 bar stool seats and a table and bench that can seat up to 4 people! They recently added a cute yellow picnic style table and chair outside for additional seats. My favorite part of their store is the hand painted tropical leaf mural. Talk about IG worthy Acai bowl pics! Lol! Parking is available on site in their lot or you can street park too. Acai is a staple in my diet and I have to say I'm a really big fan of Acai Joint. They have a very diverse set of toppings and flavors unlike your typical place. By my company, the ones I generally buy for my meals contain the standard Acai, granola, different fruits, honey, coconut flakes, peanut butter, etc... a fixed order. Over here, you're able to order from several different bases and a variety of up to 15 or so different toppings. If I had to give it any cons, it'd be that I couldn't fit all the toppings I wanted as I believe it's unlimited toppings of your choice. There's just too much to choose from. Moreover, there is a pretty unique topping I haven't seen anywhere else and that would be the chia pudding. It's a must try as it changes the whole dynamic of Acai in a positive way! This place definitely beats all the other acai places I have been too. Went in around their opening week, which was recommended by a friend, and was easily hooked. I got to talk a bit with the owner and several of his employees, all who helped me out in making my decisions for my acai bowl. I've been back numerous times and I enjoy the whole team of employees with how excellent they are in their service and product. As far as what I order, I guess I kept it pretty basic and go with acai and whatever granola I feel like having for that time. I usually get bananas, strawberries, and blueberries for the fruits. I enjoyed eating the small acaii "og bowl", its a personal preference, but I found the amount satisfying and enjoy their selection of toppings, the coconut chia pudding is great combination right above the acaii among such other toppings like goji berry and almond butter.
