Worst customer service no AC! I asked for a large raspado of half coco & half nuez and it didn't taste like it! It was more taste of sugar with milk. I also asked for Cueritos and they tasted so old I returned them. I will not be coming here again it's disappointing. Just my experience not only that they don't fill up the cup with ice. I was staying in El Monte and got recommended this gem by my friend who's a local. I knew I had to try it immediately and that's what my boyfriend and I did. Store was small and service was great. My boyfriend got the chamango with mango and pineapple ice cream. This is probably the best chamango I've ever had in my life. It took me back to my childhood where I would always get a chamango with my friends after school. The ice cream was not too sweet and there were also mango chunks at the bottom which were divine. I got the elote in a cup which was really good. It had tons of butter and cheese. The employee told her $3, and when my sister asked why it was so much just for extra chamoy on her ice cream, the worker said they would have to sell her a whole $3 cup of chamoy. When we placed the order, the employee saw he had a $5 bill that looked old (but it was not ripped or damaged), and she refused to accept it. I prefer the mango and pineapple sherbets but there are many to choose from They will let you sample ice creams and gave generous size samples.
