We went to Cape Cod Creamery after earning the treat by riding many miles on the CC Rail Trail that morning. We had one party in front of us and waited only a moment or two. The staff were young and friendly. I asked our scooper what her favorite flavor is and she said, "black raspberry and usually everyone who tries it orders it. Do you want a sample?" I, in fact, did! I love a place that lets you try before you buy. While I often gravitate towards chocolate flavors, I decided to try it along with a scoop of blueberry. I got my chocolate fix by ordering my cup with chocolate sprinkles. While the flavors were kind of similar in color and taste, I enjoyed the black raspberry more. Mine was a healthy two scoops for about $7.50. It felt expensive but ice cream out, and on Cape Cod, always is. We enjoyed our ice cream outdoors because it was a beautiful day!
