We had the privilege of being in Chatham for a month, and this became our home bar, not the Squire. We went about 5 times over the summer. Might as well rename this place to Orlando's, because that's why we went and that's what we called it. He makes the best drinks on the cape, and was the best company I've ever had from a bar tender. He makes incredible, drinks, might as well claim "Orlando's" as home of the pain killer. He makes a damn good one. With a big beautiful smile, exuberance and Joy we just loved hanging out at our home bar away from home. The food leans more on the healthy side and while stuffing yo face full of cholesterol on the cape your gut might need a break. From grain bowls to smoothies you'll like the food but love the company. read more

Food was just ok, very expensive for what it was (even adjusted to Cape prices). Service was slow despite the restaurant being empty, and they totally forgot one dish (which took over 20 minutes to make). So many good options on the Cape unlikely to come back or recommend. read more

Needed something wholesome to eat... capital punishment penalties pending for anything ordered from Wendy's late-night window menu. No bueno. Lol. So, I began a hard target search for good vibes and better food. I searched every Cape Cod beachhouse, penthouse, greenhouse, waterhouse, earth-house, lighthouse, boathouse, meeting-house, steakhouse, and coffeehouse. After some extensive clicks and swipes and a few phone calls, I settled on giving the Chatham Moods Cafe & Grill an in-person visit. Jackpot. Now... What do you know about love at first sight?... Me? Not much. Just the same, the moment I pulled up, there was a current of positivity drawing me in. Emma, the hospitable hostess, greeted me, offered her recommendations from the Caribbean menu, took my order, and seated me with the warmest 3-1-3 smile known to humanity. As I listened to the stereo pumping melodies and island sounds from Jamaica, I stretched my legs and felt blessed. I asked for a fruity non-alcoholic beverage. And Emma aka "La Professora" the mixologist happily obliged. Delicious. As for the food... What do you know about love at first bite? Me? Not much. The soup was heavenly. It was that good. The jerk chicken in lite stew sauce was sensational... And: You've gotta try the crab and corn chowder soup. I don't know much of anything. But I do know this establishment was a godsend with 2 angels at the front, an angel in the kitchen, and a divine atmosphere. Priceless. If you're ever in the Chatham area of Cape Cod you've gotta try them out. Orlando, the master chef, and his team will treat you like an honored guest. This place rocks! The breakfast sandwiches are beyond comparison to others we e had in the area. The eggs are as fluffy as an omelette and they come with crispy, fried potatoes. We asked for water and weren't charged for it like the place we ate the other day. The service is friendly and our food was prepared quickly. The restaurant has plenty of seating and is clean & cheery with nice art work on display. This family-run restaurant is absolutely amazing. If you're in Chatham this summer or any other time of year, I highly suggest trying it out for some amazing island food and drinks. I'm particularly a fan of their smoothies and fish tacos , and they also have alcoholic drinks on their menu. I dropped my two older dogs off at Paws&Claws for baths and was super happy to see there was this nice restaurant, Chatham Moods, right next door! I had coffee and their Eggs Benedict with a side of home fries. The eggs were cooked perfectly with nice ham (and a wee bit of spinach for color). We make our journey to Chatham each year and this year we decided to try out Chatham Moods for our reward breakfast after a long drive. We stopped in and immediately were greeted by the friendly people who work there. They have high chairs for kids which is a plus and it's very kid friendly. We ordered almost everything off of the breakfast menu, the breakfast pizza especially was delicious! I tried a mood smoothie too and it was so refreshing. The staff were so welcoming and friendly that we will be making this an annual stop. My son especially liked the open air kitchen and was watching the chef make the food. Everything was very clean and I had to use the changing station in the women's room which was spotless. It was a great way to start our vacation. read more

We arrived early around 11:30 for lunch. The menu is on the wall - large size, so easy to read. Once decided, you head to the kiosk, where you are greeted with smiles, to order and pay. We then went and sat in a booth, and our meals were delivered to us. My husband had the Chicken Caesar Bowl and a Calm Mood juice, and I had the steak & cheese sandwich and a Coke Zero. We both really enjoyed our meals. The Caesar bowl was large, so leftovers will be enjoyed. Will need to try breakfast next. read more

Two of us got the Tuna bowl with seared Tuna, fresh mango, ginger, avocado and seasoned rice, and one had the Salmon bowl with crispy salmon exterior and so tender inside. Wow!!!! Very flavorful and fresh food options were all delicious at a catered party. Orlando delivered the food and we enjoyed talking with him before he left. Two rice dishes. Walking in to Jamaican music and a poster of Bob Marley sets the welcoming tone of this rare find. The menu offers several dishes using the best Buttermilk Fried Chicken ... I'm from NC so I know that the secret to good fried chicken is buttermilk. There are unusual goodies such as the Breakfast Pizza...eggs on pizza, delicious. Eggs Benedict yum and free perfect coffee. This restaurant offers a variety of juices and smoothies, sandwiches and bowls. The service is very slow. They açaí bowls were very sweet and did not offer enough toppings. The Buddha bowl was served piping hot with 2 sauce options and was very good. The grilled cheese was strange and not good. The french fries were very good. I've been coming to Chatham moods regularly for lunch. I've tried several menu items and it has consistently been delicious every time. Each recipe is unique to anything else I've had for lunch on Cape. The Buddha Bowl, Steak bowl, Stew Pork and vegan wrap are among my favorites. The fresh juices are healthy and refreshing. I almost always get 2 meals out of a dish, which is a great value. I love that you can watch chef work his magic with the open kitchen. Fresh ingredients, extremely friendly staff, good music, great vibes, clean environment. Highly recommend this Chatham gem. read more
