Small Ube Me Ip Bowl- fresh cut strawberries, fresh cut mango, chia seeds, chicolate cacao nibs, coconut, blueberries, nuts... Yummy!

Beautiful Presentation and tasty. I got the Small Ube Bowl and it was huge considering the price! Fresh ingredients and hit the spot. I won't need to go to the P... Place as this is much closer. New place that just opened and decided to give it a try. Service was excellent, but I was there only one pretentious at the time. Took off one star due all ordering is via orderingkiosk that just wasn't working right for me. Ended up having to order at the counter and pay there also. Party of the 5 star program for those out there. Still working out the kinks here and there and hope they'll order some juices too soon?

Mediocre acai bowl - the acai and pitaya itself was fine but the toppings were disappointing. There was barely any almond butter, the honey was in a hardened pile, the granola was stale tasting.

The açaí bowl I got from here was actually PERFECT!! I just stopped in on my way to work and ended up being the best bowl I've ever had.

Dried toppings had a smell and taste to it like old cardboard paper. Service was okay

Dropped by this unexpectedly, the açaí smoothie is great! Will come back when I'm back in the SF area.

I went in with lower expectations because açaí bowls never feel super special, but this one had so many different textures with the goji berries, granola, chia seeds, etc. I loved how the base was also layered so you got a whole mix of flavors. The small initially looked tiny, but it was actually quite filling. Will definitely come back if I'm ever craving something refreshing and fruity!

The Palmetto here is located just inside the main entrance right next to Blaze Pizza. Walk up to the order station and let your choices be known! No fear, as the service here was attentive and courteous when I went. My usual is the generic "Just Acai" bowl to which I can add whatever toppings I want, which are usually the honey almond granola, strawberries, but I just skip the final "finishes" - maybe that's just me. Works for me! Typical Mall vibe here, with just a couple of small benches to sit down to enjoy your treats in front, or head up to the food court upstairs to consume. All in all, one of the better places for an acai bowl or smoothie.

You can choose your base, generally I go for acai or pitaya or a mix with chia pudding. And then you add your toppings! Which really is the best part. You can choose your fruit toppings and then all the nuts and granolas and seeds that you like. This location is right by Dolores park so it can get busy sometimes. Staff is very friendly and make your bowls fresh to order. I highly recommend it if you're in the area. Especially on a warm day.

What restaurant staffs two people at a time on a weekend??? How are employees supposed to keep up with demand and be able to take breaks? It feels like the owners are money hungry and uncaring about staff health and happiness. My friend and I went to grab bowls before heading to the park today and it took an hour and 20 minutes to receive them. And that absolutely wasn't because of the employees, who were working themselves to the bone to keep up with demand. Customers and especially delivery drivers were getting increasingly rude and irritated with the employees as the wait times got longer and longer; the employees were as nice as possible as they responded to people demeaning them and drivers arguing with them. The owners need to get a grip and provide appropriate staffing or allow employees to pause delivery services when they're slammed. Just because people will keep buying your acai bowls even after a bad experience like this, doesn't make it right that you treat your employees so poorly. They deserve better!

It was super hot in here so I think they need an AC. Service was fast and reliable and the lady was super nice and everything I couldn't eat granola bars cause I got my Root Canal done so I asked her to exchange it for more bananas and shit they did so that's a plus point for me. I will definitely come back here again and the service is really fast. Thanks for listening.

I think Cafe de Casa also used to make them, but I haven't been in a couple of years. The Brazilian Spot offers açaí bowls, baked goods, and juices on the menu, as well has a small, hot buffet-style section where I think you pay by weight. There's also shelves of imported, Brazilian grocery items on the left wall, which is pretty cool if you're looking for more specialized goods that aren't typically available in your regular grocery store. There's a handful of tables and chairs, but not a lot of seating otherwise. The pão de queijo was still warm in the bag when we picked them up. Their version was too salty and dense for my taste; the pão de queijo of my memories from that spot on Balboa Ave was bouncier and airier than The Brazilian Spot's (they also had fun flavors like guava). If I *really* get a hankering for pão de queijo again, I might come back, but otherwise, the search continues.
