You name a place Sidewalk Juice, they better have good juice, right? And they do. Once on a rare hot day I was hoping for some ice, however, props to them for not using ice as filler. But that's not the focus of this review. Who knew they'd have Avocado Toast. And it was excellent. Really, really excellent. Take out only, so I sat in nearby Duboce Park & watched the dogs frolicking while enjoying every bite of creamy avocado goodness. Nice touch with the flax seed & chili. After some serious power shopping, this tired bunch of tourists needed a break and refreshments. It so happens that this place is less than a dozen blocks from where we ate lunch. Perfect placement, perfect timing. They make great smoothies and healthy drinks. Very pricey, but most things are around here. Although we didn't try it, they serve toast topped with Nutella, strawberries and walnuts. I vouch for the Berries Valencia and the Blueberry Mango. The place was crazy busy but the line moved quickly. There's no where to sit, so we just kept walking. The staff were pretty bland, but the drinks were full of flavour. These smoothies are so good, they've spoiled all other smoothies for me. I really like their El Niño, which is a ginger greens blend that is 10x better than similar smoothies from larger chains. (I just wish they offered larger sizes!) I'm also greeted with a smile and the smoothie is prepared quickly. I rarely linger at the store as there isn't much place to sit, but I usually am on a walk in San Francisco anyway. I really wish they'd open a SoCal location, too! read more

I also get their açaí bowls and other bowls a lot BUT I don't feel like those are actually healthy because they have waaaaay too much sugar in them. For healthy açaí bowls go somewhere else. But if you don't mind the extra ton of sugar and calories go here. The bowls are more like desserts rather than a healthy meal replacement. read more

For a place called sidewalk ~juice~ I am under the impression they're more smoothie based vs. juices, but I didn't look at the full menu hard and was there for a smoothie after a work out. Plenty of options of flavor combinations & add ins such as protein, spinach, some supplements. Blessing and curse for me - there are almost too many options I wanted something more mild and ended up with a vanilla protein, peanut butter, something something that hit the spot. Fair warning: the Nutella smoothie is as decadent and delicious as it sounds, chock-full of almond butter, frozen yogurt, Nutella, and SUGAR. There is typically a wait, but luckily we didn't have to wait long. Our one complaint is that they use plastic cups and straws, and it's just astonishing that people are still doing that in 2023. Best Acai Bowl in the city. I love smoothies bowls and this is where I get about 90% of them.

I have gone to three different locations of Sidewalk Juice - this one, Missions St., and Serramonte and I feel like the taste is pretty consistent but this location is probably the least friendly out of the 3. My favorite drink to order here is the Super Powers (smoothie) which has greens and also protein powder. The protein powder makes it taste soo creamy! Other great options are: Juice Lee, Green Energy, and El Niño (smoothie) The fresh juiced juices will not be cold so if you want something cold try the smoothies like Super Powers. Make sure to sign up with your phone number so that they can stamp your purchase because it will add up and soon enough you will eat a free drink! Which means a lot since 1 drink is $10. I didn't give it a full 5 stars because it is not organic. For changing $10 a drink, I wish it would at least be organic. Heck, I'd probably pay a little bit more if it was all organic. read more

This place is sooo overpriced for just pulling this directly out of the freezer. You can see from the picture that it's completely freezer burned on the lid. While the flavor is ok.
