If I could give them 1 star I would. Brought my daughter in for a horrible sore throat I thought could be strep. Checked the website to make sure they take my insurance. Drive there with 10 mins to spare and the person at the front desk was extremely rude! Asks my insurance which it's stated they take. Then tells me "oh this location doesn't take it, only other location" like WTF? Maybe you should update the website? Fine I offer to pay out of pocket I just want my daughter seen. First visit went so so, the nurses did not know how to clean and or dress the wound. The doctor came and was missing so many tools that the nurse was suppose to put out. Finally finished. The second visit was necessary because they told her to come back for a dressing change. The finger was already infected at this point and a different doctor told her it was okay and sent her back home. Now a week later my mother has to be admitted to the ER and her finger is really bad. Looks twice the size and filled with pus. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ACCELERATED urgent care. Definitely only there for the quick buck. read more

Doctor did not introduce herself at all, had a stank ass attitude and I didn't really feel satisfied that my overall issue was addressed. Sat and waited for 2 hours in the waiting room to add to it. Absolutely the best Urgent Care in the area and I've been to them all!!! I had a cough and was wheezing and just felt terrible! I was seen in under 30 minutes by the Doctor and got amazing care! He ordered a breathing treatment on me, I got an X-ray of my Chest and gave me a shot of steroids. Before I left I felt almost 100% better! So overwhelmed by how nice everyone in the Front and Back Office was! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Definitely will be back! Highly recommend!!!! read more

Worst urgent care I could have gone to. NP Melanie is extremely short and barely spent 2 minutes in the room. Due to her inadequate knowledge of my injury and failure to communicate what proper follow-up time would be and where, I now have an injury that can no longer be fixed. I should have been referred to an ortho right away, not told to splint my injury for 4-6 weeks. She has no bedside manner and is incapable of educating the patient's she sees on proper follow up care. I can't speak for the other providers here but DO NOT BE SEEN by her! read more

Nurse practitioner Daisy is a terrible provider. She didn't knocked she just busted in my room did a quick 15 second assessment on my son then send us on our way. She seemed bothered by any questions I had and had and seems so rushed. She answered my questions while walking out if the door. We waited 2.5 hours for this assessment. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Rude provider who does not care about you. I also asked if they could call us with our test results and we were told no we had to wait in office for them because the provider would forget to call us. read more

The location is beautiful and clean but service is the slowest I've ever experienced (and we go to urgent care a ton). Tonight we had to leave after 20 mins because my daughter was screaming in pain, no one was going in or out in that time and there's no ranking of urgency of patients. I wish I could give zero stars or never had showed up here in the first place. I came in for an achilles injury and had to wait two hours just for the PA to absolutely not listen to me at all. She ordered unneeded X-rays, for a NON- bone related injury, just to come back and confirm it was indeed not bone related and that it was in fact an Achilles injury! She never once touched my Achilles or checked for swelling or checked on the crepitus I had at all. Instead she just asked if I wanted her to send me some ibuprofen to the pharmacy?! I don't need pain medicine (let alone pain meds I can just get from Walmart myself), I just wanted someone to check on my tendon. I half wonder if she was just being a jerk because I don't know why anyone would be prescribed Ibuprofen. Not to mention, this was a work related injury and they didn't even provide anything I could give to my employer for that either. Why become a health professional if you seriously could not give a crap about the people you are treating or can't even take a moment to actually listen to their needs? The worst urgent care experience I've ever had! My daughter had a fever of 103, and it was clear she was in pain. I asked Dr. Mislang for a doctor's note, and he only wrote it for the day, despite knowing her temperature was still 103. He stated she was fine to return to school, even though she was visibly suffering and barely able to function. The staff and doctor were both rude and dismissive. Horrible service! read more

I was in a pretty bad car accident today and once what was left of my car was towed away I got a ride to the nearest urgent care that would take patients involved in accidents (apparently with Covid some places don't). Everyone was friendly, service was quick and attentive. I am confident enough leaving their care that not only am I going to be okay but that I wanted to write this review to share that confidence. I went to this location not feeling the greatest, in need of a rapid test, the wait time was reasonable, the location was VERY clean, everybody was SUPER friendly, professional and efficient from front desk to back office. My test was negative but the practitioner heard my cough and didn't like it so he sent me to another room for a chest X-ray. Thankfully that came back clear. Prescriptions were sent over to my pharmacy before I'd even left the exam room and were ready for pick up by the time I got to my pharmacy! My husband has visited this location several times as well over the past 2 years with the same experience. The provider was great and so was the MA who took my son's vitals and swabbed him. BUT- the receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. I understand you may be overwhelmed and/or possibly dislike your job, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude for no reason. I'm running on little sleep due to my son being up all night with this horrendous flu and asked a SIMPLE question regarding clarification on an RX because I missed what the doctor had said and asked her to check with the doctor for me or if I can speak to the doctor myself to ask the question, and received straight attitude for no reason & she was questioning me as if I was just illiterate & not able to comprehend simple direction. My advice to you is to have some compassion, especially being in the medical field. Whether you're "just a receptionist" or not... On top of all of that, the wait was 4+ hours. Had to redo this review because I used the wrong location - my apologies to the Murrieta location. Wildomar is the right spot. The best thing about my visit was making the appointment and checking in. I had what felt like the common cold, but since I'm in health care I needed a negative COVID test before tomorrow. The MA took my vitals and swabbed me (hurt like the dickens, and I've had more than my fair share). Then someone who I could only assume was the doc came in, said "you're negative for COVID", listened to my lungs instead of my words, and walked out. I had to follow him to find out if I was finished. The only reason I know your name, Dr. Peter Su, is because it was on the test result - you never introduced yourself or addressed me by name. I assume you had a really rough day, but don't we all? That was the fastest, RUDEST visit by a medical "professional" I've ever had. I will never use this facility again, COVID or not. read more

I had an appt at 7, but didn't get called back til about 745. Seems like there's plenty of staff, one provider? They were slow enough that a guy came to sit at the front desk with the receptionist and every time I'd look up he was glaring at me. The medical assistant was nice enough though. Clarissa was my provider. She was rude and condescending from the start. Asked questions but then talked over me also. Once she noticed my reaction her attitude changed to fake nice. She had to send my sample out to be cultured so no actual medicine prescribed but she said she would send me in something so I wasn't so uncomfortable. Kept saying she didn't want me miserable. I call the pharmacy the next morning they have nothing for me. I call to see why and was told "you weren't prescribed anything" when I told the person who answered verbatim what was said all she said was "i don't know why she'd say that because she didn't prescribe anything" and that was it. I have serious concerns about the PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance of AUC. As a software engineer, I'm fully aware of the the do's and don'ts of saving customer credit card data (even storing temporarily in memory is a no no). That's why you have credit card tokenization...so. you only have to save the last 4 digits and the token (for safety)..and not the full number. At AUC they save images of your full credit card # and driver's license! WOW..talk about Identity Theft nightmare. Who has access to this credit card data? Is it stored on a computer that's connected to the Internet? etc, etc. Saving full cc numbers is technically allowed, but the compliance standards on access control are so strict that businesses rarely do it. It's just too risky and easy to avoid with tokenization. Separate, but just as concerning issue: The payment confirmation email made on a credit card (days after the visit) is sent from a gmail address! (Accelerate****@gmail.com). Gmail address for a business that saving full credit card numbers?! AUC..if I'm wrong about your compliance please let me know (here on Yelp) and post a link to your PCI standards (and score) and I'll update my rating/review. read more

" IEHP CLIENTS BEWARE" If you have IEHP insurance this location will refuse to see you and send you to either their Temecula or Wildomar locations. Yesterday I went into this location due to the urgent care location I normally go to was closed I was refused service due to the fact I am an IEHP client. The front desk lady was rude too. The purpose for the visit was that I had cut my finger really bad had work earlier in the day and was advised my the IEHP nurses line to get it looked at due to the fact of it still bleeding hours after the cut was sustained. The front desk lady said that the location had been open a year ago today but they still hadn't gotten the contact for them to take IEHP clients. To be honest shouldn't that contract be approved before the location even opened! Theres alot of IEHP clients in this locations area and they shouldn't be refusing services at all. read more

I hate going to the doctor and feeling I wasted my time. The darker skinned doctor (yes, I don't know her name because she didn't introduce herself but I feel it's important to identify who gave me the bad experience). She was barely in my room for one minute. She didn't test for anything all she did was check my breathing. I felt terrible and tried to explain I needed to feel decently better because I had work the next day. She interrupted me and just prescribed a strong DayQuil... she did not show any care for how I felt. This was a second bad experience with this doctor. Not only was I dumb enough to wait 3.5 hrs in the car waiting for my 8 yr old to get called, I waited another hour in the back room as well for a provider. The worst care I've ever experienced in an urgent care, I've been to only a few thankfully but this one just avoid if possible, I needed a doctor to clear me for work after a motorcycle accident and when I came in, there was one person waiting before me and I have been in this place for 4 hours in a small room. It is depressing the poor girl working up front probably hates everyone in the back because of how utterly disrespectful they are and do not care about anything but themselves and not their patients. After 2 hours of being here a girl came in screaming crying and they did not attend to her for 2 hours and I noticed that she never stopped screaming out in pain. They will also tell you that you will need a whole bunch of unnecessary medication xrays ext just to make your bill higher. If you are able to read this review then consider yourself lucky and you are welcome for the warning. If you decide to test the place for yourself then Godspeed... Hands down my favorite urgent care I've been to! I'm very hesitant to go to urgent care from past experiences whether it's crazy long waits, unprofessional staff, feeling uncared for, etc. but after my first visit here I keep coming back and actually look forward to going and getting help. The clinic is spotless. Waiting room, restrooms, rooms. The staff is beyond friendly and feel like they genuinely care about you and your well being. Every time I'm here I get top-notch care and all my questions answered. I never thought I could be a fan of urgent care, but this place proved me wrong. If you're hesitant to go somewhere, definitely check Accelerated out and I promise you won't be disappointed! I also really appreciate the staffs help with my insurance. I recently moved and had a few issues with getting my card in the mail, but they were always sure to contact my insurance to ensure that my visits would be covered. Medical assistants were great. Provider Zeik ? I think it was. Was super impersonal . And communication was rushed and almost slurred ? I used to work at an urgent care, I get the pace. Which also wasn't "accelerated " I was still there for 2.5 hours despite scheduling appt , I'm not sure if that's the expectation though. I went in for a simple procedure but a full of scope of the what was going on wasn't even performed , I had to ask him to do it , it was really odd.
