Having done my own research I had a good idea of the brands and styles that would probably work best for us At this point, it pretty much means that you need to avoid any big box stores and go straight to your local, neighborhood vacuum store and talk to the experts and check out what they have and get your questions expertly answered. I am so incredibly happy we met Marty at Ridgewood Vacuums. Not only is he genuinely caring about making sure find the right model that meets your needs, he went well above and beyond to help solve an issue we had. We decided on a Sebo model and this is the first one we ever owned. We've had Rainbows and Kirby's and Miele's and everything in between but we are thoroughly impressed with the performance, flexibility, power and build quality of the Sebo (we have the Air Belt K3 Premium I believe). Marty had to call in a representative of Sebo to address one of our concerns and Ryan also went above and beyond to make sure we are entirely satisfied, and we are beyond happy with our purchase and the attention we received. I honestly can't think of a better customer experience I have had in years. Truly. If you really want to make an investment in top-quality engineering that is built to last, it will cost a bit more than your run-of-the-mill brands at Best Buy or Target.
