I installed a KE brand Domina automated retractable awning with QIP and the whole process was great. The sales gentleman was very kind and took the time to show me all my options. He was quite knowledgeable about the product. I did price shop the quote and I have to say their price was about 20-30% less than anyone else was willing to do so let me save you the time and just say say that their prices are extremely competitive. The installation was super smooth. The guys did a great job and handled the entire thing beginning to end. They even painted the wiring to match my house and did everything the right way. They only took about two hours to install but they certainly didn't cut any corners and made sure everything was to perfection. They were kind enough to offer free visits for 90 days to make any adjustments, and the product has a really great warranty. This company is absolutely amazing. I ordered screens for my back and front double doors. Carlos the technician was wonderful and so professional. As soon as I had the screens installed a neighbor kid ran right through my front door screen the next day and wiped the whole screen clean off the track. Carlos was super responsive and came back out and fixed for free under their 90 day warranty. Usually after a job is done companies are not responsive and take forever to get something fixed...not this company. I highly recommend and Carlos needs a promotion. :) very hard worker. read more

The reason why am writing a review, is that nothing is perfect in this world. And the screen door had minor problems, but the staff add quality improvement products rectified all of the problems quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the staff at Quality lmprovement Products! They had some obstacles to over come but they stayed until everything was perfect. If you're looking to replace your screens or make a window or door area more accessible, this is it! The clear view screens are awesome! We have one on our slider in our rental and it's been amazing. You can see through it for a nice view but you don't have to monkey with a sliding screen that doesn't work properly! It rolls back super nice and doesn't slam and it's easy to open and close. That led us to put one on our kitchen window that leads to our outdoor kitchen. Sounds weird but we wanted a place to pass stuff through like food and platters and anything anyone cooking needs outside! It works perfectly and we're super happy with it. We also put them on a few other windows which had screens that were warped and damaged from the sun before we bought the house and they are working great and look really nice. They were pretty close the price of a regular old junky screen so for the value I'd say they are awesome because they're so much easier to move and are way more functional and pretty. Our salesman Troy and service tech Steve were both super nice and Steve respected our space and cleaned up after himself on the installation. I highly recommend Clear View screens and this company!
