Professional, HONEST, kind man. My insurance required I pay the difference between what they paid and the cost of the repair. Bruce would not accept my money. Great service, good experience. Over the course of two weeks we got the pleasure of working with excellent crews (Denzel, Jordan, Ricky, Justin, Christiano, Andy, and a bunch more whose names I've forgotten) who made construction in my house as pleasant as possible. The install crews were extremely efficient, clean, and thorough - we were always able to live in the place at the end of the day, and every bit of install looks immaculate. These folks are truly some of the best that I've ever worked with to get something done in my place, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose. Their showroom has a great display of the products that they offer so you can get a decent idea of what you're buying. I found it really helpful in selecting our doors, and what we bought was very much what they had on display.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience had to take my car back not once but TWICE. And I'm still experiencing leaking with heavy rain. They were very professional and informative through the whole project. They made a mistake and took ownership of it and came back out to repair it (needed 1-2 more hole vents in my eaves). More so, a couple years later, when I was getting chimney work done, it was noted I had a leak along my chimney.
