Came in a couple weeks ago to return a pair of snow shoes. I had already destroyed the box they came in, but they were in their case. The guy who helped me that day kind of rushed me. He scanned the barcode for this return and a QR code for the return of some pants and said I was good to go. Again, a bit rushed, perhaps because it was 10-15 minutes to closing on a Sunday. After a few days, the return for the snowshoes still hadn't been processed, and there was no way I was going to be put out $70+, so I returned and spoke to another gentleman there. He was able to locate the item - luckily it was still there with a paper taped onto it saying "missing label." I saw the guy print it, so I'm not sure what happened. This other guy, I wish I'd gotten his name, made sure to complete the return process and even invited me to stay in the store until I received the confirmation which was nice. It is on the university campus, but there are 3 parking spots available for quick returns. read more

I was doing 3 returns today and used the self-serve kiosk, but came across an error processing the last return. I then asked for help from the store associate who was working, but was ignored. I finally got his attention and asked for help to process my last return and he was very rude and passive aggressive towards me. I was in no shape or form being rude and was asking very nicely for him to help me out. He then proceeded to tell me very rudely "what do you want me to do about it (the return)?". Thankfully, he eventually processed my return, but he did in a way to show that he did not want to do it by throwing my return items aggressively onto the counter. If it were not for the error on my end, I would not be asking for help. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I am still in complete shock with my interaction with this particular worker. I never make reviews like this, and I want to make everyone who goes to this location aware how rudely they treat customers here. read more

I was not expecting such amazing service! The young man that just helped me and another customer was impeccably personable, helpful and polite! Wish I caught his name (maybe Carmelo, but I could be mistaken), I went back into the store to ask his name to give him a personal shout out, but I can hear him busy working in the back, so I won't disturb his work flow! I went on here because when you go on the Amazon website, there is absolutely no option to talk to anybody or help that I could find. It just keeps re-circling back to the same articles and the issue I have there is no article for all Customer Service options in Amazon do not lead you to talk to a person or a chat person. So I can't ask my question or get my answer so In my opinion, I find this very frustrating and I used to have that option and now they don't. Amazon's customer service is insulting and extremely dismissive like they don't want to hear what you have to say at least to me in my opinion. read more

The facility itself is awesome. Very spacious and clean. The staff is generally very good, you get the occasion college kid who doesn't really care. A good alternative if you have porch pirate issues. The only drawbacks, it is centrally located on a college campus. It's a little bit of a drive from the main streets. During school hours, it can get congested with foot traffic and parking issues. They do have designated Amazon spots, but it's more convenient to park in the student lot in front of the building is classes are not in session. They have also recently cut down on their operating hours. It was nice when they were open until 8 or 9 PM. read more

This Amazon location is amazing! I don't have any complaints. You are in and out in less than 5 minutes. There is always someone there to help in case your barcode doesn't work or if need help for other things. I usually only do returns here but they also offer a pickup service. This place is spacious with free shipping supplies if needed. read more

This place is great unless you need assistance from a real person. The employees are incompetent, rude, and passive aggressive. Today, I walked in per usual and scanned my code at locker 1. I got an error message that said "Issue processing the QR code. Please present your code to a store associate." I then followed the instructions and went up to the counter to show the employee my code. I said "I scanned the code and it told me to ask you for help." The employee said "You are supposed to scan locker 1." I said that I did that. He said that I didn't. When I told him again that I did that, he just silently pointed to the machine. Confused, I went back to the machine and scanned the code again, which as expected, gave me the same error message. This time, I took a picture so I could show it to the employee. He then said "you need to scan it with the red lights under the machine." I told him that I did-- how else would it have even given me the error message? He took my phone out of my hand and scanned it himself. When the error message popped up, he gave me a handheld machine that they use in back and then walked away. I don't work here, I don't know how to use the machine. Since I was picking up the package for someone that I know, I ended up calling them for a new code and was able to resolve the issue, no thanks to the employee. I believe the code that I had was too old, which is why the error was popping up. If this is the case, I understand if the error is my fault. However, the employee could have explained that to me instead of insisting I do not know how to use the lockers. read more

This is the best place to drop off your Amazon returns. No hassle. They have tape for your packages. The attendants super helpful. You dont need the packaging. Just have your return label from your Amazon acxoint scanned and you are set. Highly recommend this place. read more

So easy to make a return and I love the helpful staff who are there to help make everything a smooth transaction. There were 2 kiosks to print the return label as well as packaging tape and bags. The hardest part was finding parking lot E10 but only because my GPS had me turn on E. Campus Dr instead of WEST Campus Dr. Don't be me and you'll avoid being tailgated by students who know the campus. If this was any closer I would have all my packages sent here to avoid the fear that someone might steal my purchases. I highly recommend if you have porch pirates!! read more

The turn into the parking for Amazon is a turn in just past Lot E 10 and the driveway just before E11 off West Campus Drive. They lose a star for access. They are hard to get to. If the campus is busy it's a nightmare. I'm disabled. The Handicapped spots out front all have signs that say additional campus parking permit required. This is NOT THE CASE. I was told I have to park in another lot and walk quite a distance and up and down a huge flight of stairs! I can't do stairs or walk well, so the ones who installed the signs are idiots! I'm gonna report this to the state. NOT COOL!!!! read more

Great place to pick up. Never have had a problem here Re my packages and In the past when there was a mix up with arrival timing, the staff (students) were polite, efficient and professional. Today 6/16/2022 5:30pm there were 2 male students so wrapped up into their personal conversations and antics that not only did they not speak, they were totally dismissive to myself and each customer following me. Just saying if you are at work...then work! Greet, be polite, professional, approachable, and of assistance. Otherwise don't take the job. Don't want them to lose their jobs, but their supervisors need to check in unannounced from time to time. Parking during certain hours is tight, but I just pick up at off peak times and never a problem. read more
