As someone who mostly goes to the UPS store because i'm the unfortunate sucker who multiple times a year has to ship gifts to our remote team, i feel it's a little unfair to write this - since i only drop in as part of a work project i usually resent. I've been going here for years, since LONG before it changed ownership. Sometimes lines are long; sometimes they aren't. Regardless, they scan my packages, and they arrive at their locations - often a little late, despite me always selecting overnight delivery, but that's not this location's fault (I assume). I will say that the new franchise owners are a little more pleasant than the former; I think she'd grown jaded, and as such I kind of totally got it the next time I walked in and she wasn't there - good for you, girl, for selling and moving on. I love that the new team is always hanging out, being real; i feel more at home, tbh. I will say that of the three area UPS stores i've ever had a reason to check out, this is consistently the best. And at least if you wait in line for ages, you can pop over to Steel Cup next door for something good on your way out (coffee/beer/lunch/breakfast/mimosas) - or, if it's been an annoying enough experience, across the lot to Blondies for the hard stuff. in sum, it's a UPS store. if they get your packages out, i mean, that's a win, right? read more

I have tried this place so many times everybody is great but the woman that works there with blonde hair is very rude and ignored me three times. The other people were great. I don't get it. One time I went in there and I couldn't pull up label and one of the younger guys was helping me and then he helped someone else so I was next in line to go to her and she says I'm not helping you. I've actually had good experiences here in the past with the owner, Terry, as well as the two younger guys who usually work the afternoon/early evening shift. They've always been helpful and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, my experience with the woman who works the morning shift (middle-aged blonde hair) has been consistently unpleasant. She never seems to be in a good mood, and today was especially off-putting. I stopped by to pick up my mailbox key after being told by the owner that it was ready. She located the key in a small envelope and literally tossed it across the counter to me. I was honestly taken aback and said "Geez," and she responded with "Have a good day!!" in a very sarcastic, demeaning tone. This isn't the first issue I've had with her. When I initially came in to set up a mailbox, she told me the system was down and that I needed to come back later. I later found out that wasn't true--it seemed more like she either didn't want to help or didn't know how to process it. Based on other reviews, it sounds like I'm not the only one who's had this experience with her. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff has been great, but interactions like this make it hard to want to come back. read more

The store is rarely open for the hours they have posted. Even today it says online that they're open, but they had a hand lettered sign taped to the door saying that they were sorry they were closed. One other time I stopped by and there was somebody inside and he told me they decided to close early. If you want the services of a UPS store, I suggest you select a different location. I chose this location to complete an Amazon return that has a deadline of today. I came to the store which is supposed to be open from 10AM- 3:00PM. I chose this specific location and they have a paper on the door saying sorry closed today so now I can't complete my return and my money will be forfeited. This business is under new ownership and it shows because the previous owner never would close with a tacky piece of paper on the window and she worked alone. I guess the bar has been lowered. I won't depend on them to be open during their posted business hours again. And I will be utilize a different store moving forward. read more

Go to a different ups store please. Came here to return an Amazon return. Had to email them my label since I didn't print it. Lady slammed down a paper with the email address on it on the return table. I then I emailed the wrong address at first (which I acknowledge was entirely my fault). The only nice and competent employee working there (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) helped me understand my mistake and fix it. However, during this time she had a bad attitude and served 4 other people before checking the email for the label. It took so long and it still didn't go through to the email I just told them I'm going to go and return it at a different time. I'm not going back. read more

Props to this location for being another location for Amazon return drop-offs. You can't see this storefront from your car...you just have to trust Google maps and park your car, and then walk to it (around a corner). My wife was in/out within minutes, only having to bring in the generated QR code that is a result of a return initiated on the Amazon app. We've done this at other UPS locations, and this process just works well. read more

Came here to pick up a package I had delivered to this location . Upon arrival , I was greeting by an older Caucasian female who was working the counter . I notified her I had a package for pick up and advised her I did not have my ID , however I had the package tracking information. She responded with "we don't give packages w/o Ids ". Her coworker stopped her and corrected her . After that incident she seemed really annoyed and provided really poor customer service . read more

I can see why the store got such a low rating. I dropped off a package to be delivered to another location yesterday. I call today to check in to see if the package has left the store. But the gentleman who answered the phone didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about. Gave attitude over the phone because I'm asking a clarifying question due to him confusing me. Then tried to proceed to say I didn't pay for shipping out the store. Continues to confuse me by saying my package is out for delivery though. Usually it's an in and out experience with no issues but whoever they got working there now is not fit for the job. Normally my hubby is the one who picks up our packages here but since he was working 2 hours away and I desperately wanted my new shoes, I decided to pick it up. However, I forgot my purse at home and so I asked if I could FaceTime my husband to show his ID and they were ok with it. Phew! Customer service 10/10. Came around 4:30 and it wasn't busy at all. 3-stars, I understand now. Not a surprise. Poor customer service and lack of accountability and responsibility. The UPS rep forgot to send items that were being returned. I found out and returned the following day to advise them on their error. They could care less and expected me to pay and/or call back the vendor and ask for another QR code to send the items they forgot to send in the first place. I won't be returning to this UPS Store and will be advising friends and family to avoid this UPS Store. I've been coming here for years for Amazon returns and sending packages to my family during the holidays. I feel like it reminds me of a small town post office. When I lived in Belmont shore I had a similar vibe at the local mailboxes, etc I think Anna does a great job and I go out of my way to select her for returns over an Amazon drop off to support my local small business. I just feel that when I drop something off or ship something, it will get there. I have never had any shipment errors. Happy to see that it was not crowded.....Now I know why ....the employee behind the desk Asian woman was having a conversation with a gentleman who is in front of me after she completed his transaction she continued to talk to him while ignoring me, no eye contact in any kind of way, i I stepped up to the counter without her asking me....when she finally finished her conversation she came over, she didn't greet me and started providing the service with no interaction with me. I tried to exchange pleasantries and she was not a nice person at all. This store is 2 miles right next to my work place. I refuse to go here and would rather make the trek to the store closests to my house which is located in HB. And even then its not as near as this place is. Let me tell you why I head over there and why alot of people including myself dont come here. 1. They are fully staffed, the owner comes in the AM but usually has a staff of 3-5 people working daily. There's never a wait. Contrary to this place. 2. They dont nickel and dime you if you dont have tape for your box. Or if you dont have a box for your return. 3. They dont speak to you in a condescending tone. 4. They dont prioritize people they're familiar with and treat everyone with urgency and respect. This store does not do anything listed above. And this why they fail. And this is why the 5 star reviews are baseless. Filter the scores there's 40+ 1 star review and I'm not sure why Yelp hasnt averaged it out even further. read more

Like the prior reviews have said, don't bother coming to this location. The person working is super dismissive and really rude. Some of the services I have requested require some sort of feedback - whether packing, shipping, etc. and the person working is always so cold and short with me (hey! If I could do it myself I would, but you're the one who works here!). One time I came in and she was arguing with a contracted parcel person (don't really know) and then after hanging up the phone proceeded to tell the entire store about how late the driver has been- super uncomfortable. She also listens to podcasts, one was about planets and continued to make odd Uranus jokes (again, uncomfortable). I make sure to greet the owner every time I come in after waiting in line for 10+ minutes and she has NEVER responded. DO NOT COME here!! Listen to all the other reviews. I have been here 3x and all 3x she's been very rude, short, and engages in the customers she wants to. Today did it for me. Today, she snapped at me after telling me to close the box that I was shipping. Naturally, I closed the box and tucked in all the corners. She came back and snapped at me and said, in a very condescending way, "Don't do it that way. That's wrong! You NEED to do it like this!" I had to bite my tongue so I didn't lash back at her.
