I recently had a few friends that did the one-click apply thing on zip recruiter that were for positions through Accounting Principals. I told them not to expect much in return. It's the classic bait and switch for a position that doesn't exist and a way for them to get you enrolled in their database. They decided to enroll anyways. I signed up with Accounting Principals in May of 2014. I call on a Wednesday, they asked me to come in with my resume and references on that same day. Anton at Accounting Principals sat down with me for an interview, which went very well. You can see that he really wanted to help get me a job! I took a few tests, i.e. Typing, 10 key, Excel. That same day he asked if I was willing to go in for an interview at Creative Artists Agency for their Accounting Dept. I said YES! I showed up for the interview next day, Thursday and started Friday! I have been with them ever since. Today, I got a call from Anton letting me know that my current assignment's HR team is running a background on me to get me started, hopefully next week! I can't thank Accounting Principals enough... Man, these guys were awesome! I recently lost my job and was really intimidated by the idea of looking for a whole new gig. My recruiter Eric was really helpful in explaining what the current job market looks like and helped me set realistic expectations on how long it could take to find my dream job.
